Pro tip, in the mod menus you can set the auto loot settings when you hit the left alt key. It will even take gun parts of a min percentage and disassemble ammo that you don't have favorited if you don't want it.
Don't sell the random junk you find laying around, it's never worth it. Crafting is a major factor in progression and you will need everything you find if you want the good endgame equipment. Only sell gun components that are under 60% and anything marked with ruble sign; KEEP EVERYTHING ELSE!!! Everything other than valuables will eventually have a use.

Dont let the panic take you over, fights in harder difficulties in Stalker requiere you to be calm, yes the enemies sometimes will pull shit that will almost one tap you but you gotta stay relaxed and change positions, if they rush you just aim for the headshots
Another little tidbit, try to scrap any random bits of clothing and armor to get the scraps if you can. You'll need a lot of random types of armor parts to craft certain equipment including better backpacks. Condition of these parts doesn't actually matter in crafting so make sure to grab everything.
Have tried invictus srsly about 10-15 times. Longest i got was the raid on cnpp. You can cheese it with just reloading a save before dying but kinda takes away the invictus part then. Best start and faction in my opinion is duty.
Ever played Zero Sievert? is basically Stalker with Escape from Tarkov but on a budget,and ruthless as both combined. I'd love if you give it a try in the future.
I've likely got a few hundred hours in Anomaly (never played Gamma tho) and my current run started out as a first dabble with Invictus (I knew I'd never do it lol). I left life granter on so I could keep playing after failing Invictus while still having a bit of that Ironman spice. But yeah, by the time I've got the Brain Scorcher I've already died six times lol. Though tbf I've been taking my sweet time in even trying to do the main story
Finished my very first Invictus as a Loner recently without save scumming, died only once in Generators during Mortal Sin quest (don't dance on mine fields, kids). Had a bittersweet feeling after finishing the challenge, and now it feels like something has been taken from me Great modpack, but I don't recommend it to anyone if you hate grind and most importantly, don't know how to just let it go P. S. It would be nice to have an option to leave the Zone in Story mode, just like in Conan Exiles
stalker anomaly (that gama is built on) is already a good chunk of the way there and the min specs to run it are fairly low end... if you tone down the graphics mods then gama isnt that hard to run even on a potato pc. its all FREE so it doesnt hurt to try it.
the first time I tried warfare it was with mercs.... and the clear the base quest never ended because animals kept spawning which eventually more of my time and even more of my ammo than I would like to admit
Anomaly is amazing gamma sucks lol, the core mechanics of gamma are horrible all the good parts of the pack are other mods in there gamma it self is ass

It's fine to sell early tbh, cant use endgame equiptment when you're dead from lacking a med, ammo, etc.
