Moral is... startup jobs r uncertain as well they don't have any structure r work culture. But big companies have structure, work culture, exposure, experienced people...& Mostly companies donot give stocks to freshers.

But, take this as a fact, if you're working in an organization for more than 2 years, you're getting 40% underpaid, if you switched somewhere else, and the learning curve is subsequently lower. Now the choice is yours, get the fancy designation after getting 2 years of experience over 5 times, so-called 10 yrs of experience, or choose the life having a growing trajectory.
Taking covid in longer consideration ,the focus of youth now is getting shifted towards private sector jobs. With automation taking pace, the slashing of massive jobs is going to happen. Scenario of govt exams is that shortlisting of students is time consuming and very rare of them getting selected for various posts. Youth of the nation are struggling very hard.
With increased population , supply not meeting demand ...and youth focusing more on easy money and no much struggle , they will definitely be in more trouble
