Having been a peer provider that is diagnosed person working with other diagnosed folks I commend your bravery and cheer your recovery may you know you are so needed in our world. Bless you and never stop reaching out. The episodes may continue to happen for life but we get better at it each time and recovery comes faster and less painfully. Nobody knows how strong we actually are. One thing to know is as we age the episodes become less and less frequent. I've been in the fight starting at 14 now 53 and I had a 25 yr period without hospitalization. Keep the faith dear one.

My mental health/dis-ease and trauma have been similarly helped by Dead of NIght, especially the past couple years... helped me reprogram my heart and mind to a sense of some kind of safety as I would fill my space with this soundscape and imagine (even decorate!) myself into it and the soundscape into me... helped me find some calm amidst inner storms that needed to clear out. Despite years of hard work, like some retrograding planet, I feel back to early degress of my own weakness and am struggling a lot. It helps to know of others taking comfort in like-minded ways... one day, I hope soon, the world will heal and realise that, this whole time, people like us were the canaries in this global coal mine trying to show how sick everything is. This channel provides a peaceful place away from the frantic Christmas rushing around and consumerism that I find overwhelming. I hope we can all have a peaceful winter solstice, I find journaling with a candle helps plus winter walks and yoga.

The red berries, the pine cones, the wooden ornaments, the oranges, inscents, the evergreens, red candles, the bells, the cinnamon, the yule goat and the tea. PERFECT. Even the light snow outside and the fire in the window... amazing. I want to have that as my desktop wallpaper.

I would like this video, except for the deer skull. It just makes me sad. I'd personally rather see a live deer outside the window roaming through the snow. I know not everyone is vegan like me, but this is just my opinion.
I'm also vegan. In pagan decorations such as this, the deer is a spiritual symbol, representing gods, goddesses and rebirth (it can be many things). There is no animal sacrifice involved, and the skull comes from animals that have died naturally.
