I've got a boiling pot of different grass/weeds/pine needles, oak leaves all over. the pine needles have definitely created a bed of thick thatch underneath what is mostly st auggie. In your opinion, without any irrigation, would it be better to dethatch and baby the st auggie and bring it back to life or should i dethatch, aerate, and overseed with some Bahia? My concern is the St augustine will choke out the bahia. Glad to be here in the beginning for this channel. Looking forward to your growth! pun intended
