Insu and Runa go to the doctor's and learn that Runa is pregnant. Insu is overjoyed and decides to marry Runa. Runa, however, is distraught. Chorim is upset that Gilja only got restorative tonic for her daughters and herself. Gyeongmin finds out that Ruby is considering resigning because of him. 16:32 Anyone with a dark mole like that, especially on the bottom of your feet, please get it checked out soon. Also monitor it (take photos) for any changes. Use ABCDE screening tool:
A) Asymmetry - do each half of it look different rather than similar to each other?
B) Border - irregular?
C) Colour - does it have more than 1 colour or shades in it or does it look very dark, almost black?
D) Diameter - measure across it, does it equal to or is it more than 7 mm?
E) Evolution - is it changing? E.g. in appearance, size, shape etc?
If Yes to any of the above, please go soon to let your doctor review it, just to rule out if it's something worrying like skin cancer (e.g. malignant melanoma) or whether just benign mole (naevus).
Wear UV sunscreen (even people of colour should wear it; just we don't need as high an SPF as fair skinned people do), avoid sunbeds and sunburns.
Protect your skin, it's our largest organ!
