I am a native Maori from NZ and I was taught many things by my elders that the colonized version of history chooses to ignore. This is video is very close to many of the claims my elders shared with me in oral history. This is one of the most correct analyses that I have come across. I also had an elder tell me of ancient coins that he was told to throw into the sea by his father that he found on one of the outer islands off NZ
Yes your correct, and you know why this guy's account is close, it's bcoz he is American, ypu will notice that American archeologists and historians are studying the Polynesian navigators and what's been happening is they have been finding such ore about the origins dating far.back as Egypt, these are Americans not English or Nz Whiteman who as we know altered so much Mauri history to suit their narrative. You can tell the difference when you hear these Whiteman trying to give historical accounts, so.follow the Americans they are the ones that are revealing the accounts of where we are from and where we traveled.

After all, there are plants that connect that island with Chile in south america, and the rock carvings show a connection to Egypt, as well as the writings by Maui that have been found. Wow the story of Maui being Egyptian and travelling thru the South Pacific sort of coincides with some of the stories we've been told, our version was that Maui was the son of an Egyptian Queen who had become pregnant to her new husband . fearing for the life of her 1st son Maui thinking if the new child is a boy Maui would be assassinated . So the Queen sent Maui away on an expedition to navigate the South pacific and he never returned. So our stories are pretty close. I am from the island right next to Mayor Island called Motiti Island and the island is riddled with Egyptian style rock carvings dating back nearly 3000 yrs. My uncle Nepia who lives on Motiti Island has done a lot of research on the carvings and placement of rocks situated around the island, sea and landmarks from the mainland.

Actually going back to the earliest days of human habitation of the Americas, especially the East coast, it seems that the flint tools and arrow heads are of the European kind, not the Mongolian. As a side note, the aboriginal population of the US is only part Mongolian. They seem to have come from further west.

I realize that stories change but Maui was generations before Rata. Rata is remembered for his ship making while Maui is given credit (as you say) to solar movement and force. He married the moon and stole her beautiful face in one story.
That's what hes saying. That Rata was the captain and probably knowledgable in ship building and Maui was the Navigator of the expedition. At least that is what the Egyptians say.

Maui means the Navigator. Rata means the Captain. They are Not names. There have been many Maui's and Tatas that have sailes from New Zealand to all parts of the world and back for hundreds of thousands of years.

I agree with a lot of this video. There are tribes in Fiji that have libyan language roots. This all makes sense, but I believe Maui and Rata, the birth of polynesia melanesians, were definitely in the pacific long before polynesians and Micronesians.
We were still using advanced navigational and sound technology pre European contact ...but lost it due to stuff the Europeans liked doing. Maui was a Neter, a very high class of Egyptian. Rata was his fat brother.

In Tonga Maui built a huge stone hedge weighs about 12 tons. Maui hooked the stonehedge to pull the Island of Tonga but I think it was built for the sun. It's called, Ha'amonga a Maui. The story told by my ancestors are different than that of Wikipedia. The King realized that it could be used as a compass an calendar and took the maker for himself but the name stayed the same. What's crazy is Tonga are the very 1st to see the sun when it rises on earth.

Yes I beleive these people may have been the naive Americans, South Americans, Aztecs, iv looked at the map westward from Egypt and if the would've gone further west they would've no doubt sailed into the colder.climates.of the arctic area,s I'm.thinking they never went further than that and headed back to the America,s. I am Māori but my father told me our bloodlines go back to Egypt & there is historical evidence all over the Pacific also we share very close similarities in our customs, traditions & mythology, its awesome that we actually have historical documentation of The Egyptians under The Ptolemy reign sending a flotilla of ships to circumnavigate the Earth & ending up settling in the Pacific ocean where Maui an ancient Egyptian navigator became a Legend!
@@Saiyan4eva not just that there are documentaries about it, about locals being related to Egyptians, the celts, the Persians, the Chinese etc. The Maori seem to have come later and kept some pretty well protected bloodlines. Polynesian people are so underrated in world history.

Actually none of what he is saying is based on facts it's a reach there's literally no proof that any of what he is saying is relevant. If there was truth to it polynesians would have known he had Egyptian origin and he would have had certain materials gold metal clothing. But nothing not even a egyptian story.
American archaeological findings and historians will.actually tell the history they find and won't try to alter history. Americans are also the ones that have been opening up the historical accounts of Mauri as the most superior navigators of the world. These guys will end up re writing Polynesian history to the actual history, these guys are not like the English historians who lie about history
