Woow! I just got this scale and I was so surprised to read on instruction “please do not charge after the power is exhausted”.
What is that mean. Once battery died you are not allowed to charge it? That’s it? Game over for $45 scale?

How can i charge the scale ? I have the same it won’t charge i used type C charger but it still won’t charge

- Hi there! Good to know NOT to use a fast charger (5V/3A) to charge the scale as it will cause damage. Please contact the seller/dealer/distributor where you bought from for help. Cheers!
Mine is not starting the timer until 8-9 g are un the cup. Asking for support from MHW will see what they say

They never replied. It still does the same thing so I just count it using timer on my dual boiler
Is there a way to turn off the auto shut down feature or extend its time? Tnx

- Hi there! Thanks for your enquiry. I'm afraid there is no way to turn OFF the auto shutdown feature after 2 minutes of inactivity. What you can do is tap on the silicone mat (on the top part of the scale) to reset the shutdown timer if you need a longer time to prepare. Hope this helps. Cheers!
Yeh mine shuts off too quickly. Barely have enough time to weigh coffee, grind it, put cup on and pull the shot
How long the battery last on mini?
@-Vee_ Hi there! I'm afraid how long the battery will last after a full charge will largely depends on your usage patterns. Based on our observation, the Cube 2.0 Mini coffee scale will last quite a long time before requiring a recharge. Cheers!
Does this scale have option to manual Tare weight?
