Need to Pull axle bearings ? this tool will work on pretty much all axle tube bearings for removal. without this tool it maybe difficult to remove the bearings. All you need is a slide hammer and the axle bearing removal tool. takes about 2 minutes and they are out.

Hey Jerry just a piece of information. Wrap a towel tightly around the weight on the slide hammer. Squeeze the ends of the towel and fling away. I do that with the slide hammer all the time so it doesn't beep my hands up. I was the guy that said use a rag take off a window crank clip. Thanks for another video.

a little heat with heat gun to warm up the axle tube to remove ... and reinstall the COLD been in freezer all night new WELL GREASED wheel bearing. overfill the differential with a rag over the hole to make sure the wheel bearings and pinion bearings get plenty of oil... change new gear/differential oil in ...500 miles with fresh synthetic ? oil? RED THREAD LOCK ON THE RING GEAR BOLTS... after the bolts and the holes in the ring gear have been cleaned out with BRAKE CLEANER to get all machining oil out of the bolts/holes so the RED THREAD LOCK will have clean metal to grab a hold of. 55 ft LBS... ring gear bolt torque... on GM 10/12 bolt.... Ford 9" too???? more for bigger bolts on bigger ring gears/diffs
