Be patient with yourself. Always giving yourself grace. Growing, birthing, feeding, and caring for small humans is unbelievably difficult and physically exhausting. I've done it twice. Both completely different and yet both completely exhausting. Amazing, beautiful, wonderful!..and exhausting. Give yourself time to heal. Don't feel pressure to post when your body says wait. We will be here when you are ready. No Rush! Take Care! Congrats! Much Love!

Kate, thank you for sharing this! I'm coming to the end of my university career, and I'm in the midst of a "mourning period" similar to what you experienced after your hosting career ending. Nonstop crying and just feeling physically ill with dread! I'm going to see a counselor to discuss my future:) Hopefully I'll have the same good experience that you did!

Enjoyed this video :) I’m an INFP too, I also had the same experience reading the love languages book - physical touch is my number one and gifts is not even on my register, I would be happy to never receive any gifts, as long as I get hugs I feel loved! It’s good having more understanding of others though, some of my relationships improved so much!

Congrats on the pregnancy! I just started watching your channel and was wondering if it was still active...now I know it is. I take it you will be joining the Fluffybum brigade (or the cloth nappy club....a very cool club to be in). That's actually the first part of real zero wasting we dove into (still very new to this journey but so far I am finding out just how much plastic there is in the baby and children "industry"...it's actually quite astounding and makes me wish we had become more zero waste prior to out daughter's arrival so we could make more informed choices.) I'd love to see what kind of zero waste baby products/videos you come up with. This was a great video to watch as someone who is new to your channel to get a bit of background...I thought you looked familiar! Anyway. Looking forward to more videos soon :)
