I worked for an company that had indoor inflatable playlands for 18 + years that is why he got into it as he was getting older we started with inflatable rentals and continued to do deliveries in the summer and indoor playlands for winter months
Instead of having redemption tickets, tokens and tickets etc or instead of paying specific amounts for certain games what are your thoughts on just charging a door fee, like a day pass?
I think you’ll make less, unless it’s an option to buy. Take the average of what people spend and charge that for it. Still get regular customers, but some can buy a day pass if they think it’s good for them.
Great information

You go to 1 IAAPA and now it’s all “fun and games”! Perhaps I missed out on a fun time!
Lol. Getting back to everyday rental stuff soon. Pipe and drape coming up.
I have actually debated opening an FEC here with indoor inflatables, pizza ovens, etc
In some ways it might be easier. In others I can see it being harder.

About to get in the business. What should my first 10k go towards as far as inventory?
Tents, tables and chairs. 20' wide tents, 8ft banquet tables and basic chairs. they earn consistent money.
How can we look up and connect with Kevin Williams?
