Our dog died more than 2 years ago, she was barely 2 years old and we can still feel the pain of losing her. She wasour baby now we have 6. Theyre not all fullytrained but were all reacued consecutively so training had to take a pause for their healing first
That happens to me with my pit but she's slowly getting better as I work with her I rescued her when she was about 1 and a half from someone who was going to shoot her so she really didn't get the proper training as a puppy so it's a little bit more difficult but she slowly getting better with time and the more walks we go on😏
The fact that you helped them plant a tree in memory of their dog that passes away was amazing and made me cry. I get how much Caesar is hurting over the loss of Neo, because I felt the same when I lost my dog Dixie. EVERY year, she'd help me make the garden. Roses are my favorite flower, when she passed, I buried her in the same spot she'd always help me make a garden in and I planted a rose bush next to it. That rose bush blooms every single year. In the weirdest of times when it even shouldn't be blooming. It reminds me of her so much. And yes there is sadness there, but knowing that she is no longer hurting and she is still somewhat here with me through that rose bush is comforting. RIP Dixie. My sweet old gal.

When they guy didn't pick up the poop it reminded of me of this time I was at a resturant and there was this couple with a baby and a friend who were sitting across from me. The baby was clearly learning how to crawl and I proceeded to watch as the parents put the baby on the floor and let it chill underneth the table and then saw the dad pick him up after a while and said very clearly "I think his dipers full", over and over again while his girlfriend and other friend were talking. Mean while the entire time the baby bag was right next to him and he finally stops his girlfriends conversation to remind her again that their baby had a full diper to which she responded, "Yes I heard you, do you think you can change his diper this time? Im in the middle of a conversation." The dad replies by putting the baby down back on the floor, and said in the nicest tone im sure he was capable of, "Its ok, you finish your conversation first." He said this not in a smug way but more in a way that came across as "im such a good boyfriend, I'll let my girlfriend have adult conversation first and then she can go change our babies diper. As this was all going down I watched two other tables shake their heads and an elderly women go up to them and ask them if they would like her to change their babies diper (probably because of how annoying his pestering was) . The girlfriend finally gave a defeated look and picked up their baby, and got her boyfriend to stand up so she could get out of the booth to go change their babies diper. I'll always remember that sad look on her face. Im sure the older lady was just trying to be helpful but I think it made the mom feel like people were judging her for not changing her babies diper. If your that mum in the story and if you're ever reading this, please know we were all judging your boyfriend not you. Edit: The reason why I didnt say anything to them is because when this happened I was a child (9yrs old). The only reason I remember this so vividly was because I remember this was a big moment where I really understood what people felt was a womens role. And its a moment that ive kept with me as it was a very defining moment of my childhood that created my ideals for gender roles since.
Honestly this is annoying af, men (not all) think that it’s the woman’s job to clean the diaper, feed the baby (not breastfeed) and literally anything other than playing with the kid. Like grow up, the child your responsibility too smh.

“Chew toys are introduced as alternatives” Does that mean they didn’t already have chew toys?! These big, active dogs didn’t have toys designed for chewing, and then the owners wonder why their shoes are being destroyed. I think toys are absolutely essential for dogs, like a leash or a food bowl. These poor things, with no outlet.
it astounds me how people have animals, but they don't have 1) the time or funds 2) the appropriate equipment 3) the responsibility required to own a pet 4)they don't give the animal attention and just ignore it while they whined so much that they wanted it and just ignore all of its needs and then when it acts out they fricking beat it but if you tell them not to they reem you out and tell you to stay out of their business while they then after act like the best person in the world, but then after that, another insident (after too many to count) happens and the dog bites someone and they fricking pick the dog up by the neck scruff, choking the poor guy, and act like it didnt happen around everyone that saw it and then put a fricking shock collar on him but it does nothing since he doesnt hardly bark and then you get reemed out for taking it off of him bc "hes not your dog, he needs to learn not to jump up on people" (the reason he acts out is from all of the in consistancies with his punishments(his owner, my aunt, whacks him, hard, my nana tells him no sternly and its worked with every 20+ dog she has had before, my mom and i go the non violent road while my cousin, aunts daughter, does whack him, but no where near as hard, kinda like a swat that doesnt hurt too much, but enough that says no) and i dont want to have to do this, but i seriously am considering taking her to the anchorites (im not sure if they would take me seriously though bc im only 14 and i dont want to cause drama but i cant stand to sit back and let it play out anymore for fear she might end up mentally scaring him with truma

It's nothing do about the breed at all, it's mostly the dogs personality, if you don't know how to properly care for a dog at all, and aren't willing to learn and do your research, don't get a dog. I knew nothing about huskies before I got mine, but I had experience with training big dogs, seeing as I had trained my pitbull boxer mix from a puppy, and I was willing to educate myself on the basics. And I have had no problem with training my pup.

That’s great I highly recommend for the nutrition part a raw diet. Raw diet is much better for the growth of a puppy. Kibble is full of carbs which isn’t something a dog doesn’t need to consume. My dog was always at the vet on kibble on raw has been much more healthier. And dogs aren’t like we are they don’t collect bacteria and stuff like we would from raw. Dogs have different digestive juices than we do that means they don’t collect bacteria. But take my word on it do some research on it. There are some great books and stuff about it like Ian billinghurst books grow your pup with bones.

"He's so traumatized that he still keeps the ashes of his dead dog." Umm.... aren't you supposed to keep the ashes? Do people in the UK dump the ashes out or flush them?!
Our neighbor has a husky, and I've seen her tie the dog to her cycle, and they do an hour round the block everyday. So if you can't run, then you have an alternative. But check your lifestyle, and then get a dog that can match it.
We have a street dog and she loves to run by my side when I'm riding the bike! So a good idea not only for huskys but all dogs who have a lot of energie :D!

I have decent impulse control. Sure, I go and look at the adoptable dogs at the shelter/pet store, but I think to myself “you have a giant dog that equals 4 dogs. You don’t need another.” And then leave. Lmao
I have a good impulse control I am quite lucky to have the time and space too care for my 5 dogs as much as I would love to have another and like looking and interacting with dogs in shelters I know that adding to my pack isn't a good idea as of right now maybe in a year or two I will get a younger dog
I keep my dog, Monty’s ashes. He has his memorial with candles and his collar. He passed away on the 26th of December 2018 at the age of 12. The vet that cremated him and put him in his urn also glued the lid closed without even being asked so I suppose a lot of people keep their dogs ashes. When Monty’s sister Mia passes (she’s 14) I hope to be able to put them both together in a larger urn. They where never ever separated, if you bought 2 dog beds 1 would never get used because they liked to share. we rescued them when they where 10, they had been at the shelter for ages because no one wanted 2 senior dogs. What I don’t get about this episode is the fact that the death of this mans dog was the reason he didn’t bother training his new dogs. I know for a fact that as soon as Monty passed, I made sure that Mia was always happy, I made sure that she had everything she needed, that she wouldn’t miss out on anything because she deserved the best of the best and I felt that I failed Monty in giving him everything he needed as a dog. I felt that God was punishing me for something I’d done and I knew I wouldn’t let Mia suffer in anyway because of me. I promised Mia that I would be there for her and that I would do anything she needed. I was only 13 when Monty passed and my favourite holiday had always been Christmas. I loved watching Christmas movies, spending time with my family and all that came with the holiday. So when Monty when to hospital I believed that God would save him because of the timing. I believed God would grant me a Christmas miracle just as he had done in all the movies I’d seen. So the week that Monty was in hospital, I wasn’t preparing myself for his death. Even though everyday I visited he got visibly worse, I still believed that he would overcome it and that he would be home to open his stocking on Christmas Day. I kept his stocking next to his urn for almost a year, it was still full of his prezzies that he never got to enjoy.

This has been the most entertaining video!! I laughed out loud so many times to see how out of control the dogs were at the beginning. And there were tears to see how sad they were about the loss of theor dog.
People who do not own exceptional examples of their breed should always neuter their dogs (think of it as you might think about how many people can actually ride stallions vs. geldings) and spay the bitches (not just for unwanted pups but for pyometra which is fairly common, can be deadly and expensive to treat). **awaiting flames from the antipurebred crowd)
@@AirdrieReed Hehe, no flames so far. And I agree with you, spay/neuter has more advantages than disadvantages.
Is it bad that I always laugh whenever I see the men get dragged away by their untrained dog😂

I'm thinking on getting a Sheltie. First dog ever and planning on training her myself. What do you think? I'm planning on doing daily walks, training, biking, frisbee and fetch. I have watched lots of training videos and lots of research on the breed.
Edit:
The reason why I didnt say anything to them is because when this happened I was a child (9yrs old). The only reason I remember this so vividly was because I remember this was a big moment where I really understood what people felt was a womens role. And its a moment that ive kept with me as it was a very defining moment of my childhood that created my ideals for gender roles since.

“Chew toys are introduced as alternatives”
Does that mean they didn’t already have chew toys?! These big, active dogs didn’t have toys designed for chewing, and then the owners wonder why their shoes are being destroyed. I think toys are absolutely essential for dogs, like a leash or a food bowl. These poor things, with no outlet.
it astounds me how people have animals, but they don't have
1) the time or funds
2) the appropriate equipment
3) the responsibility required to own a pet
4)they don't give the animal attention and just ignore it while they whined so much that they wanted it and just ignore all of its needs and then when it acts out they fricking beat it but if you tell them not to they reem you out and tell you to stay out of their business while they then after act like the best person in the world, but then after that, another insident (after too many to count) happens and the dog bites someone and they fricking pick the dog up by the neck scruff, choking the poor guy, and act like it didnt happen around everyone that saw it and then put a fricking shock collar on him but it does nothing since he doesnt hardly bark and then you get reemed out for taking it off of him bc "hes not your dog, he needs to learn not to jump up on people" (the reason he acts out is from all of the in consistancies with his punishments(his owner, my aunt, whacks him, hard, my nana tells him no sternly and its worked with every 20+ dog she has had before, my mom and i go the non violent road while my cousin, aunts daughter, does whack him, but no where near as hard, kinda like a swat that doesnt hurt too much, but enough that says no) and i dont want to have to do this, but i seriously am considering taking her to the anchorites (im not sure if they would take me seriously though bc im only 14 and i dont want to cause drama but i cant stand to sit back and let it play out anymore for fear she might end up mentally scaring him with truma

PEOPLE: STOP ADOPTING DOGS WHEN YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM AS A SPECIES OR A SPECIFIC BREED!!
Kara it’s true though

When the dogs brought their owners out for a walk i totally lost it 🤣🤣
walking? that was flying ;-)
"he's so traumatized that he still keeps the ashes of his dog"
Aren't ashes ment to be kept and cherished??
woah. ?? A BIG NOPE... !!!
ashes are Never, i mean Never to be Kept. that brings negativity and bad things (may be supernaturaly).
A dog???

Caesar probably has that "man thing" refusing to neuter Alfie.
