The reason his aegyo hits so hard is that he's also a very tough person, hard-working, considerate, understanding, with strong social intelligence. The cuteness is a contrast to these deeper character features. Which makes it adorable, striking, and is why he is always able to avoid being cringy. Also. To control the muscles in his face, and his body gestures, and the light in his eyes which comes from joy and love and playfulness, these are part of his martial arts and dance experience - skills that he developed, which fit him because he is truly a good-hearted human being, completely genuine, and quite vulnerable.

hmm I wouldn't say contrast. His face and some personalities are already cute. He easily switches from serious to cute like 2nd nature tbh. He also does the most aegyo in bts. but yeah agreed with him actually being mature.

I get your disappointed but Rob is OT7 himself, he’s done videos on all of the guys and we can see he is just going through different videos now. I don’t think it’s fair to pull him up on this, with 7 guys and all the different combos 1 person can’t react to them all at once, especially a reactor who has a family and a full time job. We all know how he feels about all the guys, I think patience and grace is always key when you are watching reactors.
