I make biryani twice a week and i make sure it is being made in a clean and hygenic way and the other thing i make sure is that i dont waste even a single grain of rice if it did end up being thrown out of the pot i clean that up and feed that to the birds. Every shops and restaurants making rice does that they waste too much which makes me sad.
