Yes! I made this video last night, just make sure your elementor plugin is up to date, it should be there in the settings you might have to scroll down a bit to find it
If you use the normal background video without sound, there is the option to automatically switch to a picture when the network is slow, if you use the workaround I believe it won’t load or maybe the video will not auto start

If your phone or computer is on low power mode, it might keep the video from starting automatically
