    We should use 0.01 sec for step time?

    Thank you for your helpful explanation. However, I have met a problem while doing explicit anaylis using multiple threads: I have just submitted two jobs, each one set as 12 threads(my computer has 24 threads with 12 cores). When I check the cpu occupied ratio in task manager, it shows nearly 45%~50%(no other applications are performed on this computer)., which means two jobs are sharing the 12 threads and other 12 threads are not used. It looks wired, would you mind sharing any advice? Thanks.(I'm using abaqus 6.14-4)
