because matt is the most mature and responsible and level headed one out of everyone in the entire gang and you can trust him with a lot of responsibilities without screwing up.
My counselor recommended that the girls take auto shop. It was the best decision I made to take it instead of another AP. Came in handy when my friend drove over a nail and my teacher recommended patching the tire instead of using the spare

Peter Engel pretty much overlapped his show ideas between this, Saved by the Bell, and Hang Time. Like with the plots and settings for the show. Each of those shows had an episode taking place in shop class, cooking class, or just plainly having a restaurant to hang out at all the time, even if they don't order any food. In Season 1, they tried to have Sharkey be like Max in Saved by the Bell but it didn't work out for some reason. I thought the episodes in Seasons 1 and 2 were much more funny than the episodes in Seasons 3-5. I didn't like having Mark and Lorena on the show. Much rather have Matt and Jenny.
I have talked to Jay Anthony Frank who Plays Jake on FB he has always sent me a Happy Bday message and he has told me few things about the show. he is a nice guy.
Paul Smith Me too when the Finale first Aired it made me cry hated they did that. Wished it went on forever. I miss this show and them a lot that I downloaded there songs on to my phone.
I guess cause Tiff was best friends with his sister Jenny I guess to her Matt was like a sister to her. but i agree the writers should have hooked them up. You can tell Matt was jealous.
