I had something similar happen to me. Through a checkpoint and into one of the radar booths. Doors closed and never opened. Waited ages. Finally saved, closed and re-opened and it worked just fine, but I did have to go through again.

yeah. Glitches happen in every game. Usually a re-log sorts it.
