Interesting set up. Mine has a second Transformer next to the board. I THINK, it's for the light. Currently have a NO POWER situation, and trying to diagnose. Was working great after new pump, and new wires. Ran for about 15ish hours, was about up to temp, then, poof. DEAD, no power. Can't find the culprit.

That's got to be the power cord causing most of the problems. Keep checking the wires

Where would I find the temperature censor on this same hot tub?

So can you tell me what was wrong with your relays or board. Just the lights. I just picked one up and they guy says it works but once in awhile it wouldnt n he would touch a wire near the box n it would restart. Just trying to get some help or info

pat rocman mine were the actual relays had just simply worn out they cycle over and over again in the contacts in side them burn out. Your problem sounds like you may have a loose connection or wire somewhere and maybe even a cold solder joint on the circuit board if you take that bored out and just go over all the solder joints with a soldering iron and make sure there's none of them have cracked Heating and heating them up one more time and let him them cool we'll fix that if that's the case

How does it heat up where is the heater I got a free one I got to get a new pump for it and I just don't understand how it heats

the heat comes from the motor running. typically on these dream maker spas it takes about 10-15 hours to go from 80 degree water to 104 . But it happens from the heat of the motor. The insulated nature of the tubs are done so well, just the motor can provide the heat.

Hello looking for abit of help I have a dream maker spa that's taking ages to heat up, is the LED light below the temperature button supposed to be on to signal that its trying to heat up? My LED light isn't on?

Questions. My 400 is now not heating. I unplug and replug in to reset, and the display flashes from 100 down to 60 and keeps flashing! Pump runs but doesn't heat up. Any ideas? Thx

I would think it's a dead short somewhere. doubt it's the relays in that case

Try replacing the CFI on the cord at the 120v outlet.

My spa was trying to start, It would buzz four time and kick out. I just replaced the relays and it sounds like it is still doing it. I ran the projected temp down below the actual temp, waited for it to cut off, then brought the projected temp back up and the transformer buzzed again and kicked out. Any ideas?

It starts some times. Could this be a motor start capacitor?
