If we could never quit we would all be too afraid to ever start anything. We'd be too scared to try anything because what if we didn't like it or it didn't help us? I think it's very admirable to try and figure out when to know to quit.

Great video. Obviously the dogs stole the show, but there is so much useful information here. I don’t think this is straightforward quitting: I think you adapted the system and created a new method. That’s how I live my life too, complete with black fur from my new cat and pawprints from my neighbour’s dog.

I totally thought this was going to be about the fitness challenge, and I thought it was a bit off brand but happy to watch any way. Glad I was wrong, this was much more interesting 😅

I'm not familiar with this challenge and maybe it doesn't help that I'm not a native english speaker: what's the main aim for this challenge? I like the daily outfit photo idea and I can separately understand if someone wants to do a no buy / low buy challenge (not a problem for me so I would find it unnecessary) and was dressing up (making an effort) also encouraged? I would find it weird to not just simply exist in your usual outfits and get a feeling how well it supported your day (like a daily mindfulness meditation just for clothing:D) but try to change it with force, I would quit a challenge anytime that starts with the premise that my style isn't in the right place and I need to push myself to change it, for example with dressing up. Was this in the description of the challenge or was this a subjective feeling that you get overtime while doing the challenge? Thank you in advance for the clarification 😅💚
So my main question is that dressing up means only to get dressed (as smth that everyone's do whether they like it or not) or like dress up like put in some effort? I guess it's the second and then it's not a challenge that would resonate with me either 😅

I think your understanding of the challenge is correct: the point is to get dressed “with effort” everyday for 75 days, but that really doesn’t make sense for my life like half the time 😂 I feel like this challenge is better suited to people who work outside of the home, maybe like an office where you don’t have a uniform and have more reason to be “dressed up.”

@@OutfitRepeater thank you, yes it wouldn't make sense for me neither. I'm transitioning to home office at a rural setting and I have 3 indoor cats one of them is a mischievous kitten and I do a lot of gardening and riding my bike... I couldn't dress up like I dressed up in the city when seeing clients, it would make no sense to me. I'm actually sad that there isn't so many videos about how to look good on level 1 or 2 formality, because it's harder to look put together and sometimes I would like to feel that way when I'm at home with the cats, riding my bike so that I can run errands or out in the garden and doing some gardening
