I love mine too. I’ve had many spyderco knives. I still have many too. But, this exact model is one of my favorites if not my favorite. The blade slices better than all the others do and I like liner locks and the blade length is for me perfect and I lost some of my love for choils over the years. I came back to the tenacious after it got the S35vn steel. I agree… I think this model is overlooked and I think it’s because of its origin. Eric knows his stuff and china spyderco factory did a great job on the grind and final edge and the whole knife itself. The price is underpriced too… it’s a quality knife.
The Tenacious has always been an iconic knife & this newer version makes it even better than it's ever been. I really Luv mine & I've never felt the need to underside finger flick my knife open. It's called the Thumb Hole for a reason. ~ LoL
The Tenacious is a classic. My first Tenacious is the s35vn version, love it. BHQ has a new version listed in their coming soon section m4 steel for $135. Might add to my collection. The rabbit (Spydy) hole is deep.
Nice NC Ninja ! It’s a great design imo . I’ve been using an 8cr one for a while . Holds a low angled edge and stayed paper sharp after chopping some red oak and feather sticking . I thought for sure it would at least dull or roll an edge after whack chopping about 20 times , lol . I wanted to see. . I don’t mind sharpening so I don’t mind doing things I shouldn’t . 👍 I can’t bring myself to treat the shaman that way though 😂. And it can take it

I didn’t know that about BHQ, thanks for the heads up! I’m definitely more appreciative of this knife now, after so long.
@@edgblades You're welcome. Wonder if the two you showed can be blade swapped? G10 and s35vn, and frn and vg10?
I’m watching and waiting for the m4 too. It’s been a while. I’ll get one if I see they are available

Thanks! It’s a keeper and a hard user. Very proven.
I really like mine. It's a little stiff opening and closing but maybe it will loosen up the more I use it.
There another version of the tenacious better known as the polestar aka the pornstar. It has grey g10 and BD1N steel.
I have it, also very underrated. Good call!
