Pandit Birju Maharaj's (may that soul rest in the lap of music forever) talents always fascinated me the most when he would just sit down on the stage and present countless Bhavas. Really shows you why, in the courts, these Thumris, Horis, Rasiyas and Kajris were always accompanied by a dancer. Just singing them would make you feel something, but dance makes you see it.

@@RishabhB bhaiya I want a advise from u that I m currently studying in class 12 and preparing for neet but I want to become a classical musician(tabla player)...I know it is very difficult but I m very much fond of doing riyaz and want to practise for more then 10 to 12 hour but due to lack of time I manage to practise for 3 to 4 hr daily....and I think if I clear my neet then there is no scope for pursuing music...I m currently learning tabla from pt kumar bose ji's senior sagird...plz help me as I think u too have gone through this situation..

Sir can u pls react to ustad salamat ali khan from sham chaurasi garana ,there is a video of raag darbari 1959 its quite different from any of darbaris ive ever heard...

Also react to Ustad salamat ali khan and ustad nazakat ali khan raag miyan ki malhar ,the only 2 raag miyan ki malhar that i listen to is pt.bimsen Joshi's and ustad salamat and ustad nazakat ali khans
