      11:44 No. We are far beyond "recovering" from the casualties of WW2. When the war began in 1939 the world's population was about 2 billion people.
      Now, in 2024, we are at 8.1 billion people, and that number increases rapidly. The population of India alone has increased by about 400 million people in the last 30 years.

      Most people who know about history don't believe that nonsense. If they do they are ignorant about history in general. When I watch video's of foreigners on WW 2. They say their historical account is taught primarily from their involvement. They don't get into details about the U.S. My point is, people often make comments like yours, as a criticism of American history being "pro American".
      IF that's the motive behind your comment, I say every country tells it mostly from their perspective and involvement. That's not unique to the U.S.
      How much dose Japan teach on China. How the Russia talks about on other nations.
      Could Russian and Great Britain won with no American individually could either won it alone.
      It's much easier to mobilze a force from your homeland than mobilizing and transporting a major force over two oceans. It meant mobilizing more than a sizable Army, or Army and Air Force but mobilizing a sizable Army, Air Force and Navy along with supplying your allies.

    The numbers of the upcoming conflict will exceed those of the last two conflicts combined. Predicted by Alois Irlmaier. Be cautious…😔

      We were a British colony during ww2, we didn’t get our independence until after. India was also part of the war but they also fall under British military. The creator even clarifies that the British army includes all of her colonies.

    12:17 I don't know why he added Gulag to the civilian losses in the war? It was a labor camp that existed before World War II. Criminals were kept there.

    • @ozimakistvan
      @ozimakistvan 2 дні тому

      In those times, teachers, musicians, scientists, or anyone could find themselves in those gulags in no time. It was enough just to say "Stalin is wrong". And your family would never see you again... off to Siberia. In best case... worst case was that your family "joined you".

    • @ozimakistvan
      @ozimakistvan 2 дні тому

      So, no. Not just criminals were kept in gulags. To be precise, gulags wee mostly for political prisoners, and not for "criminals".

      @@ozimakistvan Of course, many were there for political reasons, but the camp was built for criminals. I don't understand why Neil Halloran listed the prisoners as WWII casualties, maybe to show how cruel and ruthless the Soviets are.
