Nian and dusk asked for jobs (and left), chongyue went out on “a stroll” and Ling disappeared. Shu can be overly doting/concerned for her siblings. The joke is shu seems likely to nag at all of them and so they ran away from her. She might nag at Ling to stop drinking so much, Chongyue to not over exert himself, Nian to stop eating spicy food all the time and Dusk to touch grass
