And there is a lot for me to catch up on in this video - so as per usual its a long with a lot of theory talk - in the first half of the video its all about the road to Secret Wars & what/how upcoming MCU projects could play into the incursions & bigger Secret Wars Saga. Then a little later in the video it gets into the MCU version of the Ultimate Universe, as well as how Marvel Studios could be setting up multiversal Mutants, the X-Men stuff, & how that could factor into the multiversal war plot of Avengers 5. The very last scene of the final episode of X-Men '97 should be where they have the X-Men discovering a portal and walk in it and come out the other side as live action versions of themselves.
I hope that the x men introduce them through the eternals with experiments done by the celestials on humans millions of years ago. It would be too trivial to introduce them across the multiverse in my opinion
I feel with how much the multiverse and setting up secret wars means!! That Marvel/Sony will work much more closely so to marvel can better use the characters like miles Morales!! Having him and Tom/Spider-Man have known each other!! For sometime so they can use the 2 as closely as they were used in the secret wars
Strange and America changed into the native life forms of whichever universe they tumbled through…so it’s not crazy to think that The 838 Professor X is the same one from the cartoon, he would turn into or at least appear as a living, 3D version of himself.

Trips me out that Stark almost sacrifices himself in every movie he's in until Endgame (IM1-Do It!, IM2-Take it!, Avengers flies into the wormhole, IM3 saved by Pepper, Avengers 2 lays under a city and hopes it explodes, Avengers 3 takes a blade to the guts, Avengers 4 literally kills himself for the universe) Steve was wrong about him on the wire for sure!

It's funny how you speak of the Ultimate Universe, because "The Amazing Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield (1st film))" had elements from the "Ultimate Spider-Man" comics. As for the X-Men...mutants been in the MCU. Namor is a mutant (unless the MCU changes his back story). And everyone keeps forgetting about the deleted scene from Iron Man 2 (Project E.X.O.D.U.S is about mutants). Let's not forget Kevin wants a few things to take place... 1) Wolverine vs Hulk 2) X-Men vs the Avengers before "Secret Wars" comes out.
They could do Phase 4 and 5 leading to the incursions, ending phase 5 with Avengers 5, where Kang is the villain and they defeat him in that movie by Doctor Doom creating Battleworld. Then phase 6 could be all inside Battleworld, showing different characters and locations, with a bunch of series and movies, for example the Thor movie could be Thor Corps, and by the end of the phase we have Avengers 6 and 7 with Emperor Doom as the villain.
I never worry about how long you take brother. I appreciate your knowledge and that you just don't pump out video after video just because. Your videos are well worth waiting for.

I'm just thinking what the final scene would be in the new X-Men animated series. I imagine it would be someone like Wolverine stepping through a portal from the animated universe into Earth 616 and that's where they "turn into" our live action Wolverine.
I think you use Secret Wars to re-cast all the older actors and some of the big characters we've lost like Cap and Tony Stark, so that when the 616 or Ultimate universe is reset, we'll have a bunch of known characters with new actors. I think they've said there's no reason not to treat Marvel characters like they have James Bond, bringing in new actors to play important characters when the old actos have aged out of the role.
If they can put RDJ back into the Marvel movies, I’m here for it. I’m really confused since I’ve never read the comics, but I’m here for it. I’d even take Tom Hiddleston as Iron Man *gasp* 😮

Dooms personal theory is, white vision is exploring the multiverse and calculating a way to kill Kang the conqueror Alioath / Kang Prime perhaps even All variants of Nathaniel Richards potentially completely erased from all their timelines scrubbing his existence from the 616 timeline as well and that's going to cause some multiversal incursions, because of the isolated Kang time lines still going And going and growing, and this will attract the attention of them!, we will think we're safe because we're isolated but, them being Galactus or ( the Beyonder(s) but I think they wait on him/them I also think they haven't over ran us because we have Kang, & like Doom 🏰 in the comic, it's like any timeline we have that we survive in is because a version of Kang controls it) I assume cosmic foes maybe even just the eternals and the celestials/Mad Celestials come for judgment. I was disappointed with the Illuminati. I understand they were trying to establish Wanda's power by the deaths but it came off as too easy considering the powers of who she killed. Why involve Reed Richards for such a short and weak appearance? They should have kept it to Xavier by himself and had him sacrifice himself to save their Wanda. Throw in some mutant cameos for Wanda to massacre and they'd still accomplish the goal of showing her strength. Maybe I was expecting too much but it just seemed like a waste. Captain Marvel dying by getting crushed by a statue just doesn't make sense.
I know it was The Wanda and America Movie at the end of the day, but yeah. Mr Fantastic was taken out of the movie in such an anticlimactic and undignified manner.

There’s so much to keep track of. I mean, do I need to have read the comics to know what’s going on? Without knowing about the comics, the Multiverse idea just seems like lazy writing - like they can just put any nonsense onscreen and blame it on the Multiverse - but being the Multiverse is cannon, they really CAN go ahead and put any nonsense on the screen and it’s cannon. I’m a simple person. I just want Loki season 2 and MOAR RDJ! If the Multiverse gets Downey Jr back in a Marvel movie, I’m good with it. I’m confused, but I’m good with it.
Kang will be the hold out , but doom caused the incursion and will be in dr. strange 3. I'd like to see God emperor Doom and marvel didn't have enough characters to do infinity war right so we need secret wars done right.
As a 40 yo who grew up with _"Spiderman and His Amazing Friends,"_ the _"Marvel Power Hour,"_ and later, _"Spiderman the Animated Series"_along with _"X-Men, the Animated Series"_ I haven't been this excited about a new show since...I'm at a loss when it comes to animation. I really, really hope they don't _f_ it up. Marvel, well Disney has been all over the place. They ruin the Star Wars movie franchise _for me,_ then do Mandalorian which is great. Then they release a couple _bleh_ cartoons, then _"Obi Wan,"_ which is way better than I thought it would be. Marvel had me all pissy for a bit with some changes, then _"WandaVision"_ which I also really enjoyed. But then they hit me me in the face with the bowl of vomit that was the Loki series, a borderline losing trifecta followed by a haymaker of disappointment. Black Widow. Great first Act, good second, and comically bad 3rd act/conclusion. 'the hell were they thinking? Awful. Then Falcon and the Winter Soldier? Idk who wrote and directed those episodes but they all did so poorly I firmly believe I could have written them better, and I was nevre a huge fan of either. At least I have a vague idea of their characters and how they behave which those writers and directors obviously did not. Then Hawkeye? A little better, but not good with the biggest letdown yet to come. Moon Knight. I've been a fan since the late '80s and his comics were a mainstay along with Spiderman as a kid. I am very, very familiar with Moon Knight. His original portrayal of one person with an intentional secret life and the new version where he has a couple of handfuls, and they missed the mark so badly it was like they did not care at all about his history (like Disney did with the Star Wars movies, utterly ignoring all the old material bc it would take too long for the writers to catch up and learn, so they just "de-canonized" it. Morons.). His personalities? All wrong. His outfit was right. Everything else just was not him. They should have just made up an original character if they wanted lighthearted and funny with a few wtf? moments. Moonknight is Dark. Like Batman Dark Knight trilogy dark. It should have been similar to the first season of Daredevil, but more gruesome. MK does some crazy sh%#, and might feel awful about pealing someone's face off and then burning it at the altar of Khonshu, but he'll feel bad with another persona, and the job will get done. Khonshu would have lost his poop if he tasked MK with something and either someone else needed to do it or it would not have gotten done. He's also above Dormammu on the power scale, so...it just would not have went anything like it did. Terrible job. Then Doc Strange. So I re-watched it bc I fell asleep the first time, and though I didn't get many Sam Raime vibes from it and I think they could have done far, far more with the Illuminati, it was still a damn good flick _imo._ I really liked America Chavez's actress, even if she didn't have a ton of lines or the level of power she has in the comics (where I'm not much of a fan, though she was great in Secret Wars on the...darnit, the team with Hyperion, Blue Marvel...bleh, doesn't matter, I'm sure I'll think of it right after I hit the blue comment button ;^)...So now they have my hopes built up again, though seeing Thor naked and in chains before they flash to a scene of a CGI buffed Natalie Portman bc she told them she didn't have time to add 15lbs of muscle over 2 bloody years; lazy harpy, for Love and Thunder certainly didn't impress me all that much. And yes, if it was Natalie Portman naked in chains in front of who I assume will be Zues I'd have thought the same thing. _"Well this is kinda unnecessary."_ Still, live action Pro X, a new Ironman, or RDJ from another Earth, idc which, should be great. FF, the X-Men cartoon coming back. Yikes, they could do some amzaing things here. Or they could drop the ball like it was 5 tons of 2500 degrees kelvin Titanium. I suppose we'll see soon enough, but ever the optimist, my fingers are crossed.
Definitely! I'm sure I'll talk about it a lot. It'll be the next movie on the schedule after Thor Love & Thunder, so I'm not necessarily waiting, but after July is probably when I'll start talking about it more.
If the 1997 animated show actually becomes live action in the mcu, that would be insane and definitely would garner more attention than infinity war and endgame
It would be cool to have the 97 universe be the reality 616 faces off against. You could bring back Robert Downey Jr and Chris Evans to play the Iron Man and Captain America of the 97 universe, and someone to play Miles Morales who succeeded Peter Parker in that universe. Then, after Battleworld, Miles and the X-Men are brought into the 616 universe!

Seems to me like it could be that designation from a certain multiversal point of view. Just like 616 could be 838's designation for the MCU. How would other universes have the info needed so all designations would be the same across the multiverse? MCU could have many different designations: 199999, 616, c-137, 69...........

There’s so much to keep track of. I mean, do I need to have read the comics to know what’s going on? Without knowing about the comics, the Multiverse idea just seems like lazy writing - like they can just put any nonsense onscreen and blame it on the Multiverse - but being the Multiverse is cannon, they really CAN go ahead and put any nonsense on the screen and it’s cannon. I’m a simple person. I just want Loki season 2 and MOAR RDJ! If the Multiverse gets Downey Jr back in a Marvel movie, I’m good with it. I’m confused, but I’m good with it.

As a 40 yo who grew up with _"Spiderman and His Amazing Friends,"_ the _"Marvel Power Hour,"_ and later, _"Spiderman the Animated Series"_along with _"X-Men, the Animated Series"_ I haven't been this excited about a new show since...I'm at a loss when it comes to animation. I really, really hope they don't _f_ it up. Marvel, well Disney has been all over the place. They ruin the Star Wars movie franchise _for me,_ then do Mandalorian which is great. Then they release a couple _bleh_ cartoons, then _"Obi Wan,"_ which is way better than I thought it would be. Marvel had me all pissy for a bit with some changes, then _"WandaVision"_ which I also really enjoyed. But then they hit me me in the face with the bowl of vomit that was the Loki series, a borderline losing trifecta followed by a haymaker of disappointment. Black Widow. Great first Act, good second, and comically bad 3rd act/conclusion. 'the hell were they thinking? Awful. Then Falcon and the Winter Soldier? Idk who wrote and directed those episodes but they all did so poorly I firmly believe I could have written them better, and I was nevre a huge fan of either. At least I have a vague idea of their characters and how they behave which those writers and directors obviously did not. Then Hawkeye? A little better, but not good with the biggest letdown yet to come. Moon Knight.
I've been a fan since the late '80s and his comics were a mainstay along with Spiderman as a kid. I am very, very familiar with Moon Knight. His original portrayal of one person with an intentional secret life and the new version where he has a couple of handfuls, and they missed the mark so badly it was like they did not care at all about his history (like Disney did with the Star Wars movies, utterly ignoring all the old material bc it would take too long for the writers to catch up and learn, so they just "de-canonized" it. Morons.). His personalities? All wrong. His outfit was right. Everything else just was not him. They should have just made up an original character if they wanted lighthearted and funny with a few wtf? moments. Moonknight is Dark. Like Batman Dark Knight trilogy dark. It should have been similar to the first season of Daredevil, but more gruesome. MK does some crazy sh%#, and might feel awful about pealing someone's face off and then burning it at the altar of Khonshu, but he'll feel bad with another persona, and the job will get done. Khonshu would have lost his poop if he tasked MK with something and either someone else needed to do it or it would not have gotten done. He's also above Dormammu on the power scale, so...it just would not have went anything like it did. Terrible job.
Then Doc Strange. So I re-watched it bc I fell asleep the first time, and though I didn't get many Sam Raime vibes from it and I think they could have done far, far more with the Illuminati, it was still a damn good flick _imo._ I really liked America Chavez's actress, even if she didn't have a ton of lines or the level of power she has in the comics (where I'm not much of a fan, though she was great in Secret Wars on the...darnit, the team with Hyperion, Blue Marvel...bleh, doesn't matter, I'm sure I'll think of it right after I hit the blue comment button ;^)...So now they have my hopes built up again, though seeing Thor naked and in chains before they flash to a scene of a CGI buffed Natalie Portman bc she told them she didn't have time to add 15lbs of muscle over 2 bloody years; lazy harpy, for Love and Thunder certainly didn't impress me all that much. And yes, if it was Natalie Portman naked in chains in front of who I assume will be Zues I'd have thought the same thing. _"Well this is kinda unnecessary."_
Still, live action Pro X, a new Ironman, or RDJ from another Earth, idc which, should be great. FF, the X-Men cartoon coming back. Yikes, they could do some amzaing things here. Or they could drop the ball like it was 5 tons of 2500 degrees kelvin Titanium. I suppose we'll see soon enough, but ever the optimist, my fingers are crossed.

If the 1997 animated show actually becomes live action in the mcu, that would be insane and definitely would garner more attention than infinity war and endgame
It would be cool to have the 97 universe be the reality 616 faces off against. You could bring back Robert Downey Jr and Chris Evans to play the Iron Man and Captain America of the 97 universe, and someone to play Miles Morales who succeeded Peter Parker in that universe. Then, after Battleworld, Miles and the X-Men are brought into the 616 universe!

Seems to me like it could be that designation from a certain multiversal point of view. Just like 616 could be 838's designation for the MCU. How would other universes have the info needed so all designations would be the same across the multiverse? MCU could have many different designations: 199999, 616, c-137, 69...........
A live action version of X-Men 97 characters played by some of the live action Fox X-Men actor's would be amazing.
