One quick question please. How did you get the dollar amount to show up under the pin on the map? I am trying to do the same thing but cannot figure out how.
Is there a way to have the user fill out a form or a visit summary from within RouteIQ for each stop on the route? Basically they make the stop, perform the service, then fill out the after-visit form (super common with any service business - notes, services performed, invoice, etc.) that they can print or send to the customer, then move onto the next stop.
I don't think that is going to work inside of RouteIQ. You could tell your Service people to click on the deal and use blueprints to add these steps for every stop.
You can add a voice text while at location= Notes, scan a document, take a photo/screenshot and take a video all within the location Check-in on phone. That all ties to that Contact. Maybe have a form on phone you fill in then screenshot it and upload as a photo?
Hi Nick, Unfortunately, this isn’t supported natively within RouteIQ. Most users work around this by taking notes on the CRM Deal, for example, if that is the record being used to plot the required visit.
RouteIQ is a no for me. Very basic functionality compared to other applications in this area. Mapsly is good if used without fixed time slots, otherwise the Zoho marketplace does not offer anything good.
Sounds good! Don’t miss the "Maply" extension if you’re looking for an easy and cost-effective mapping tool for Zoho CRM.
Yep! We use that plug-in all the time for our clients. It's great for territory assignment.

Hi Michael, it's currently only available for the Deals module, where the 'Amount' field is displayed automatically.
