She'Meka Ann's heel classes are geared towards all levels of dance. The purpose of this class is to heal, unify, and liberate not only women but all individuals from self doubt, while empowering and building confidence in all aspects of life. This class is here to heal and push away any energy thats holding you back, while learning proper heel technique, becoming one with your body, building self worth and confidence all through dance and motivational speaking.

And of course only in this class will you find bell sleeves for days & outfits that match the vibe of the song! 😍 Plus tonight everyone killed it so hard it's difficult to pick favorites. If I'm remembering what really reached @ me it prob was thong gal/big hair in the knee-high boots, yellow shirt gal with the long hair is always sumthin sumthin, & the last blond in the purple is a great dancer. And they are encouraging fitness and great the physical challenge of loosing weight feel looks mery and that they chose a slow song so that you could take your time and deem a better and more lasting result is hot..
The first three dancers made me feel tired and depressed when watching them but the other dancers made up for it and rescued me from feeling it would take too remember the moves and I like that the beats and rhythm of the music played slow enough for me to at least try the routine or routine..
