I will be selling most of these on pango soon so you can follow my account to see once I start posting them! I will probably post in smaller batches ❤ pangobooks.com/bookstore/riley1446
Foundryside is one of my all time favourites and I think you could like it. It's a heist in a Fantasy !Venice with a programming-based magic system. There are humorous, talking sentient objects, a found family, and a lot of eat the rich vibes. Also there's a sapphic romance as a subplot that develops over the trilogy and they're so cute 😭😍
I loved the movie Misery as a kid, and when I first picked up the novel years ago, I hated it, even though SK is my all-time favorite author. It took me putting it down and picking it back up yearssssss later, and i loved it! Some of his books are definitely an acquired taste.
I LOVE a long unhaul video! 🥰 Putting in a good word for The Unbroken! It's one of my favorite series along with Baru Cormorant. I know you said you were unhauling it because it's military fantasy, but if you enjoyed Baru I highly recommend it! ❤
I think that last unhaul video may have been the first video I watched from you! Potential new video series: "Finishing series I keep saying I'm going to finish." 😁
The paper menagerie and other stories is so so good though! Like, life changing in my opinion. The stories are so sweet, sometimes sad but just good all round.
Pleaseee keep Recursion!! It's SO GOOD!! And this is one of the cases that if you go knowing nothing about it it's better. It kind of deals with time travel, since you said you love those hahaha
i know you decided to keep it but i want to throw out there that cinnamon and gunpowder sounded like my ideal book in every aspect but it ended up being super dry and not at all what i expected. i'd love to hear your thoughts on it though because i want to know if it's been enjoyable for others!
Giiirrrlll make sure you are checking prices on books before you take them to half price books or just put them on pango for cheap! Uprooted and the original gridha covers are worth money. I sold my grisha set for over 200 like a year or 2 ago
I believe that you can read either of The Band series first, but Bloody Rose does follow the daughter of a character in Kings of the Wyld which did read first. I did enjoy it but not enough to jump straight into Bloody Rose. I do plan on reading it this year, though.
What a successful declutter. Yesterday I invented the question “Did this book change my life?” and today I decluttered 7 more books. (I had already done two unhauls recently where I got rid of about 70-100 books (I didn’t count them all).) But you were more successful than me, and I see that you do these unhauls regularly, good job. I’m off to watch part 2 now. See you there. 😆
Absolutely I will subscribe to see the next shelves, yes I will ❤ I love this type of unhaul and I get to have lots of new recs while feeling a false sense of productivity 😂 I love it
I really love those bookshelves, may I ask where you got them from/a link/their name please? I just stumbled across your channel last night and I am IN LOVE with your content 🥰
I loved Poison study when I read it, as well as loving her other series about a healer. Did you know she wrote more books in the poison study universe?
I would love to see a horror recs video (if you’ve done it not so long ago I’m sorry I’ve just started following you😭) I love your videos btw you give off such a good vibe and whenever I get a notification that you posted it immediately makes my day better😊
Fantastic unhaul - so ruthless and inspiring! Love your horror collection. I am currently reading Mira Grant's Newsflesh series and am loving it. It is a virus series though,
[unsolicited advice haha] if you prefer character development over plot then Babel is a pass. the strongest points of this book have to do with the historical aspects of the setting and the characters definitely take a backseat in this story i've found that i buy a lot of books because i recognize the covers from booktube and dont want to forget them so i've been using Libby which is connected to my library and have like 500+ books i want to read which is a lot better than owning all of them in my tiny little room 😭 but of course if you have the room for those books and dont mind unhauling unread books then yes im jealous hahahaha
Only book I’ll say that you should reconsider is Foundryside! It’s so unique and has fantastic characters. One of the best fantasy series I’ve read in recent years! The final book in the trilogy is my only five star read of this year
Age of Myth by Michael J. Sullivan has such amazing characters and the story is great. Finished it this weekend and instant favorite! Highly recommend 💜
Last Night at the Telegraph Club is one of my favorite reads and it would be wrong of me to not try and convince you to keep it😭 Seriously 5⭐️, it's about a lesbian girl in 1950 Chinatown San Francisco and her discoveries about herself as well as her struggle with her family and the political prejudices against Chinese people at the time (also forbidden love between 2 girls🤧)
I would love to hear your opinion on The Witch's Heart someday! It's Norse Mythology not Greek, but based on Angrboda mainly with some Loki.. its slow..and quiet.. I related to Angrboda so much I cried. I need to see if the author has any other books out🤔
RILEY, if I can convince you to keep one book, keep The Change by Kirsten Miller! It's soooo good and was my favorite book of 2022! Witchy vibes, murder mystery, and it has some great social commentary!
I read the Thursday murder club and absolutely adored it but then I read the man who died twice and didn’t like it as much but I’ve heard good things about it sooooooooo
You should also try Escaping Exodus by Nicky Drayden if you do a taste test for her! It's a super queer sci-fi where they live IN giant space creatures and have a matriarchal system and poly family structures. Lots of good social commentary and it's very unique!
Baru Cormorant became a four book series and the fourth book is still not out. 😭 I own the three but won't read past the first until we have a release date. I liked Drayden's The Prey of Gods but didn't like Temper, so my final taste test will be Escaping Exodus! Oh, and Cassandra Khaw's pronouns are they/them.
If you haven’t gotten rid of The Witch’s Heart, please give it a read. It’s Norse inspired and all about Angraboda, Loki and Ragnarok. It was sooo good. Now The Gospel of Loki sucked. I dnf’d that one and another Loki book. The Witch’s Heart was the best of what I read.
I loved the traitor baru cormorant and read the sequel, but it was so bad I unhauled it. I literally forgot about it and almost repurchased it. So you may have read it and forgotten
I will be selling most of these on pango soon so you can follow my account to see once I start posting them! I will probably post in smaller batches ❤

There’s an adaptation of dark matter coming out on Apple TV
I think it would be so fun if you did a reading vlog reading the books you ended up saving in this series to if it was “worth it” or not
your unhauls are literally the only unhauls i will watch because of this format!! i want TEA and i want it to be THOROUGH and ORGANIZED lol
Thank you!!! 💖
SAME
@@RileyMarie_you’re very pretty I love your hair
This was amazing. I prefer unhauls over hauls tbh. I badly need to do this to my shelves! Thank you for the motivation 🥲
"Oh, it's by a man!" is my fav part of the video
these unhaul videos always make me go unhaul books from my own shelf afterwards
Foundryside is one of my all time favourites and I think you could like it. It's a heist in a Fantasy !Venice with a programming-based magic system. There are humorous, talking sentient objects, a found family, and a lot of eat the rich vibes.
Also there's a sapphic romance as a subplot that develops over the trilogy and they're so cute 😭😍
Okay you might have convinced me to keep it
I SECOND FOUNDRYSIDE ITS ONE OF MY FAVE BOOKS OF ALL TIME ITS SO FUNNY AND ACTION PACKED!!
I'll honestly be shocked if his new book, The Tainted Cup, doesn't make it to the Goodreads Choice Awards longlist for Fantasy
I heard amazing things about this book. Would love you to check it out!
It's also one of my favorites, and the hardcover is out of print so I'd keep it if I were you!
This was an absolute massacre and I enjoyed every second of it! In fact you inspired me to get rid of a few books too. New subscriber here 🙋♀
I loved the movie Misery as a kid, and when I first picked up the novel years ago, I hated it, even though SK is my all-time favorite author. It took me putting it down and picking it back up yearssssss later, and i loved it! Some of his books are definitely an acquired taste.
The Stardust Thief is one of my favorite fantasies. Has found family vibes, very adventurous. Love love love
I love your system for unhauling! So therapeutic!
There are unhauls and then there is savage... girl, this was savage and kudos to you for being so strong 👏
Your videos are always well thought out
I did this recently. Its very therapeutic
The Witch's Heart is actually based on Norse mythology and features Loki pretty heavily as a character. :)
I LOVE a long unhaul video! 🥰 Putting in a good word for The Unbroken! It's one of my favorite series along with Baru Cormorant. I know you said you were unhauling it because it's military fantasy, but if you enjoyed Baru I highly recommend it! ❤
People just breaking out in sonnets 😂😂😂
i'm very proud
now i want to unhaul
Foundryside is FANTASTIC!!!
I will save that one and try it!
Love a brutal unhaul and just love your content in general 🥰💖.
omg i ADORE videos like this!! cannot tell you how quickly i clicked🫡 ALSO your shirt and earrings are everything🤭🤍
I was channeling chestnut springs with my outfit 🤠
I think that last unhaul video may have been the first video I watched from you! Potential new video series: "Finishing series I keep saying I'm going to finish." 😁
Aw I LOVE The Founders trilogy!! 😍
Babel and Paper Menagerie 😭 they are incredible!!
Damn, everybody loves The Broken Earth trilogy except me! I found the writing so strange. I felt so dumb but I didn't understand the storyline.
The spear that cuts through water was my first favorite I’ve read this year! Def recommend
As someone who read the entire Witcher series, you're not missing much lol
Hellooo, where have you bought your shelves? They're STUNNING!
can you do a tour of all of your novellas?
The irony of you almost forgetting a book called Spells of Forgetting hahaha. This is a fun way to unhaul, I enjoy your unhaul videos!
This is the best unhaul format I've seen
I always find it funny when some books of an unhaul make it to my tbr
like "Last song before night"- a magic based on poetry? Sign my up!
This is seriously inspiring me to declutter my own shelves
Nice Unhaul! I discovered your channel through this video. Happy Reading! 😎📚👍
The paper menagerie and other stories is so so good though! Like, life changing in my opinion. The stories are so sweet, sometimes sad but just good all round.
I had a hard time with the beginning of Weyward but i stuck it out and ended up liking it.
love this. glad you kept The Beautiful Ones by Silvia Moreno Garcia. i think you're gonna like it 💚
I absolutely loooove your videos, you are amazing!
Thank you!!
Pleaseee keep Recursion!! It's SO GOOD!! And this is one of the cases that if you go knowing nothing about it it's better. It kind of deals with time travel, since you said you love those hahaha
This is great and very inspirational to go through my books. That's my summer project.
If you end up unhauling Foundryside I'd be interested in purchasing it. I have been looking for a hardcover version for a while.
i know you decided to keep it but i want to throw out there that cinnamon and gunpowder sounded like my ideal book in every aspect but it ended up being super dry and not at all what i expected. i'd love to hear your thoughts on it though because i want to know if it's been enjoyable for others!

The hanged man is so good! I recommend it highly
This was one of the best unhaul videos I’ve ever watched. Now I’m inspired to do my own. 😄
I believe that you can read either of The Band series first, but Bloody Rose does follow the daughter of a character in Kings of the Wyld which did read first. I did enjoy it but not enough to jump straight into Bloody Rose. I do plan on reading it this year, though.

So glad u saved Educated!! It is fantastic, 5 stars for me. Memoir and very well written, audiobook was great
Absolutely I will subscribe to see the next shelves, yes I will ❤ I love this type of unhaul and I get to have lots of new recs while feeling a false sense of productivity 😂 I love it
I really love those bookshelves, may I ask where you got them from/a link/their name please? I just stumbled across your channel last night and I am IN LOVE with your content 🥰
So many books! That's awesome. Plus I love your earrings
I absolutely loved "Dusk or Dawn or Dark or Day" by Seanan McGuire, highly recommend the audio for this one!
I loved Poison study when I read it, as well as loving her other series about a healer. Did you know she wrote more books in the poison study universe?
I haven't read the other books in the series yet but I a plan to!
I would love to see a horror recs video (if you’ve done it not so long ago I’m sorry I’ve just started following you😭) I love your videos btw you give off such a good vibe and whenever I get a notification that you posted it immediately makes my day better😊
Sign Here was excellent! I was pleasantly surprised.
Unhaul queen and legend ❤❤ I could never 😂
Yes! Clear those shelves!
We could buddy read The Collective haha it's on my tbr from BOTM as well
Fantastic unhaul - so ruthless and inspiring! Love your horror collection. I am currently reading Mira Grant's Newsflesh series and am loving it. It is a virus series though,
Foundryside is so good 😭
oh, good, i just saw other commenters have already pled my case!
Educated is amazing, I’m almost exclusively a fantasy/scifi/cozy reader but educated was amazing
I loved this so much! When’s part 2?
Next week!
The audiobook for Educated is a great way to consume that book x
Omg congrats! U made me want to do the same with my shelves
[unsolicited advice haha]

I loved Cinnamon and Gunpowder. Actually….I should reread it soon.
I was thinking the other day "I wonder when Riley will post another video" and you totally delivered with an almost 50 minute video!
kill the queen is really good :) I love Jennifer Estep books
Immediately pleaaaaassseeee read Foundryside! It's so good
Wow great job!!!!
42:11 i will never understand the hatred for the 3rd Finlay Donovan book, it's my favourite of the four books (so far)!
I love this method of unhauling, you were ruthless! I always feel so guilty unhauling 🙈
Only book I’ll say that you should reconsider is Foundryside! It’s so unique and has fantastic characters. One of the best fantasy series I’ve read in recent years! The final book in the trilogy is my only five star read of this year
I did decide to keep it! I didn't realize how many people loved this book!
Oh love this video!!
We need more unhauls like these!!!🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Is there an order to your shelves? My shelves are super organised 🤣
Michael J. Sullivan is such an amazing author! I'm so happy you're keeping his books ☺
You should do a video where you attempt to finish series or read the next book in a series that you have started 😊
I’m proud of you. Unhauling is hard.
The collective was aweful! I liked the first half, but the ending killed it for me, dropped it from 4 stars to 2!
This gave me so many new book recs 😂
Age of Myth by Michael J. Sullivan has such amazing characters and the story is great. Finished it this weekend and instant favorite! Highly recommend 💜
The Witch’s Heart is Norse mythology rather than Greek. It’s about Loki’s wife, and it’s excellent!
You should read The Last Sun, I think it will be right on your alley ❤
Last Night at the Telegraph Club is one of my favorite reads and it would be wrong of me to not try and convince you to keep it😭
Seriously 5⭐️, it's about a lesbian girl in 1950 Chinatown San Francisco and her discoveries about herself as well as her struggle with her family
and the political prejudices against Chinese people at the time (also forbidden love between 2 girls🤧)
Omg. A Long Time Dead sounds so good.
I would love to hear your opinion on The Witch's Heart someday! It's Norse Mythology not Greek, but based on Angrboda mainly with some Loki.. its slow..and quiet.. I related to Angrboda so much I cried. I need to see if the author has any other books out🤔
Dark matter > recursion every day
why did you getting rid of the falling kingdom series lowkey make me a lil emotional 😂😭😂
RILEY, if I can convince you to keep one book, keep The Change by Kirsten Miller! It's soooo good and was my favorite book of 2022! Witchy vibes, murder mystery, and it has some great social commentary!
Recursion 💔 one of my favorite books ever
I read the Thursday murder club and absolutely adored it but then I read the man who died twice and didn’t like it as much but I’ve heard good things about it sooooooooo
I might need popcorn for this
Maybe putting the sequels you haven’t read yet backwards on the shelf will help you see what books you haven’t read yet and need to
Since you said you don't really read YA anymore: For The Wolf is very YA.
And loved this unhaul style🎉🎉🎉
Parasite by Darcy Coates is a short story collection that is really good, and the monsters a gross

I rather enjoyed the witch’s heart lent it out and no return maybe they enjoyed it as well
I loved the traitor baru cormorant and read the sequel, but it was so bad I unhauled it. I literally forgot about it and almost repurchased it. So you may have read it and forgotten
