The Kreis wheel would be a good one to use as well due to the wing motifs. Plus if you pair the Kreis attack mode with the SW165 in defense mode, you get a perfect balance of strong attacks and stern defense
For a Defense type I'd actually give Befall a Grand Fusion Wheel partly cuz it sounds 100% Jack (especially after Metal Masters) with him having such an eccentric personality (Grand Befall) so it's really fitting but also the Burn Fusion Wheel despite being a stamina wheel actually has quite a bit of recoil to it imo. I've pitted my own beys with the Burn fusion wheel against several beys (both defense and attack) and they still result in quite a few explosive clashes.

I would voucher for a Cyclone Herculeo what if evolution video. Even though I don't think there are any parts that can be considered an upgrade to the Cyclone Herculeo fusion wheel, seeing your take in that would be interesting.
What if u tried to evolve it around spin track thematic? How a good attack combo would fit that track? Maybe attack oriented works better then stamina/defense type.

I kinda want to see you make a evelution to Libra, personally, I feel the B:D drive is the only way to upgrade it appropriately, but for it's performance tip, the TR145 would be the best fix for it's Balance issue, the fution wheel I'll leave to you
In my opinion, my Befall evolution combo would be Wing Befall SA165EDS. Now, I tried to not keep any parts in this evolution. Not saying you should, but I have my own rules, and I think you do too. Now, I chose Wing because it would leave a reminiscent of Upper “Wing” 145. And I chose SA165 since it keeps the gimmick of flipping the disc, which is probably why you chose it too. And I chose EDS. Now, EDS was an option I chose because I didn’t want to keep EWD, since I’m trying to give it fresh new parts. EDS keeps the Eternal gimmick from EWD, while also keeping the Defense portion. Although this has a Spike, which might make it worse from EWD, but I wanted to keep no parts from the previous evo, so I decided to use EDS. If you agree or disagree, either way is fine. If you don’t really agree with anything here, you can just tell me what you don’t agree with. So yeah, this is my Evil Befall evolution combo.
And in theory, I believe a Befall downgrade combo would be Burn Befall SW145WD. Now, I chose Burn since it is an older part and it keeps the stamina and defense that Befall has. And I chose SW145 since it keeps the flip gimmick, which would in theory get carried over to UW145 in terms of this being a Metal Fusion combo. And I chose WD because it is older than EWD, and in theory, EWD would be an upgrade to WD because EWD is WD but it’s eternal, making it more op. And like I said before, don’t agree with anything? Just let me know.
