First had a physical accident&recovered then went to a mental health clinic for like 7 months now and couldn't finish my study program in time (will get back) because of that. Now feeling that financial strain of mental health times a ton. Glad you (&also me) are back tho.

I went out with my grandad yesterday as his local bank has closed down to help him move to a new one (he is age 83) and he had his first latte art coffee yesterday and he just did not understand it at all … I said “it’s a leaf” and he said, “I hope there is not a leaf in it” 😭😭😭 adorable
I do worry about our older population though but I am trying to educate him on more modern things
he also did his first contactless payment and selfie 💔

Ah when I read this title I thought it meant the burden of paying for therapy (which I know is part of the overall burden). I push and push myself so I don't end up feeling left behind but man is that tough. My psychologist appointment each week is €140 😮 so that's probably why my brain went there first when reading the title 😵‍💫😮‍💨🫠
