Hey, thank you for this valuable video. Several years ago I became severely ill. My lungs were in a very bad condition and still arent like they were before. My lung capacity is about 80% of the volume I should have for my age and height. Im really looking forward to do these exercises regulary and making my lungs big and strong again 💪🙂 Thank you

Is it ok to do these stretches an hour before my performance dive.
Basically just do Ashtanga half primary series, all included 😀
