I noticed you don't have the Tab above your heroes to switch between Adventure & Battle Stats. Aren't those stats the Adventure Stats that you're referencing on your Sheet? Because I have those same stats, but under "Adventure" which only apply to things like Z-Virus Adventure.
Your stat increases in terms of combat come from many sources, heroes included (Skills and Talents), but you can view the sources (excluding heroes and armaments) from selecting your Base Building > Buffs.
Your explanation of Basic/Counter/Skill Damage, and Atk/Def/HP is on point, but Heroes don't offer unique stats of their own, other than the unique Active / Passive Skills they provide that contribute as multiplier factors against the Base Atk/Def/HP Stats of troops, and talents selected of course.

I know what u mean, i also thinking about stats in Adventure in begining. But when i compare that stats with adventure stats in my old acc its different, i chat with customer service ask them and confirmation, they said it basic stat and can use in pvp or adventure, player can use this information for improving their squad like squad in AOD... That what they said to me

@@iambear06 That would make 0 sense however, because the factoring of your troops dying in battle has 0 to do with your Hero, and everything to do with your Troop Type & Tier. If you were to apply a secondary Base Atk/Def/HP, you'd have 2 separate Health Pools to factor and go against when combating against troops in the field, which isn't the case. When fighting in the field (Field/Garrison/Rallies), your troops dying or killing is based on the Base Stats of the troops you're leading, multiplied against all the factors (Research, Alliance Tech, Territory Buffs, Consumable Buffs, Hero Passive Skills, Hero Active Skills, Talents, Armaments, Beasts, Vehicles, Equipment, Parts,.etc.).
By their logic your troops dying would be far too complex of a math equation and wouldn't make sense. Why would by Infantry troops have X as a Health Pool based on their stats as shown in the Infantry Training Building, but then also be potentially kept alive longer or die sooner based on a separate health pool that my Hero has? There's 0 logic behind that and statistically impossible.
You also have to realize, these are the same individuals responding to you in Customer Service that stated to MrBrain and I that Stella, Jonathan, and Jacob were not bugged, when we put out public information and proof to the community in the forms of videos through multiple case scenarios and testing that they were in fact bugged. Yet our tickets were closed 9+ times stating that they weren't bugged and operating as intended, and yet all 3 have been patched and fixed after we went public with the information.
The Developers of the Game are a separate entity from the Customer Service Department they outsource to, and we have had far too many interactions with them to have any confidence that they know what they're talking about in that chat unfortunately.
