Leofoto seem to be very well made tripods. I've held off grabbing one (undecided between the LN-404C and the LN-364C) because of the limited reviews on them. Seeing that B&H has suddenly stopped carrying them doesn't help either. Some weeks back I was just about to order the LN-364C and their LH-55 Ball Head, only to discover that B&H wasn't listing them any longer on their website. Kinda put the brakes on everything until I could find some info as to why or at least some user reviews. Even tried sending you a message to see how your LN-404C was holding up since your open box review last year. Heard you make mention of it in this video, but how is it holding up? Also, heard you make mention of the Miller head you use,... any thoughts on their legs? Specifically their Solo 75 3 Stage model. Anyway, thanks Mr. Suero, nice review. Wished you would do your tripod videos standing so we could use your height as a reference and see them fully expanded tho.
Eric Harrison, Jr. They stopped listing them because they partnered with Really Right Stuff. Leofoto is a complete ripoff even though it is a very good tripod.
The miller tripods are tripods that are industry. Staple for many years. Leofoto a great company that is creating their own name designing and making great products. My 404C is working perfect. Right now I am in Florida doing come work here in Orlando. I will show you some images of the behind the scene for this project in the streets of Orlando. All of my leoflto tripods are working perfectly. I only had some problems with one of the head that was stock and the company replaced immediately for a brand new one.
I just don't see how people can do tripod review or promotion videos sitting at a desk. One the most basic questions can never be answered adequately from that prospective,... and that's "How tall is it"? Sure you can quote it's maximum height in cm or inches, but you can quite get a feel of its height utility with the presenter toying with it at a desk filmed with a close angle lens! Stand up, widen the angle of view with the lends, and stand next to it so people can get a better idea of what they're looking at. Open the thing up so we can see it next to the standing reviewer,... might a good idea for the reviewer to tell us how tall his is too. Nobody uses a tripod sitting at a desk while in front of a computer screen!
Eric Harrison, Jr. my good friend. I do the review at the desk but I am a professional photographer that travel to several countries working for big brands. I can say what I find about any product I review because I use them on the field. If you need any other information I will glad to help you.
@@FrankSuerophotography Hi Frank, on the back of Eric's previous question, do you mind me asking how tall you are? and do you find the 324c to be tall enough? I'm trying to decide between the 324c and the 365c at the moment and there's a big height difference but also a price difference.
one of the best ,explains in gret truth..
Great product demo - I would love to see a demonstration of the Leofoto LS-223C Tripod, and also the Leofoto DC-282C Tripod height extension.
Frank, I just got the LS-324C and it includes the extension.
Nice tripod, Love it
How have your Leofoto legs,... and which model did you get? Any concerns after a good bit of use,... large or small.
Thanks

Hi what is the difference on the LS-324C VS LS-325C
Can you extend the Ranger 365 out and the LS 364 out to compare size please ?
Ryan I will try to do this in a next video.
Minimal height when opening legs on the LS line for your low shots you failed to mention that ? Thanks !!
Well done Video Frank. On LS-324C, can we use 70-200 f/2.8 lens comfortably on this?
I just returned from the store with the LS-324C and my 7D Mark II with EF 70-200 f/2.8 looks good.
Frank would be much apappreciated also who is a recommended distributor for Leofoto that you can get me in touch with?
