Beautiful home. Only thing wrong with it is the pool in the front yard when there’s plenty of room in the back. Are there any monthly or yearly fees, maintenance, in this community???
The front garden is slightly elevated and has great views and think is best position for pool as the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom all look out over the pool and onto lovely views beyond. Also private as from the street or access gates you have no view of pool of sun terrace.
Not so sure on that one as in the location it is and for the spec e.g 10 by 5 pool not 8 x 4 all new air conditioning, newly installed high spec kitchen etc etc think it's been priced well.
