I think Jaehyun is great at all of these leadership skills but even if he’s being too chaotic he can be since Sungho is there. I’m glad that Jaehyun is the leader and is his chaotic self- because that helps the team dynamic be genuine and fun. They see Jaehyun as an equal cuz of that. that’s also important for a team to have and it helps BND be fun off and on stage which is also part of being an idol! What I mean is Jaehyun works hard and plays hard! While it’s important for him to lead, he should also have fun and be himself while doing it.
