For example samne wali party ko bahut jyada jaruri ya emergency mei koi chiz chiye , or dusre party ko pata hai vo chiz khrab hai ya defected hai
Or samne wali party use khrid le or jab use pata chale koi vo chiz khrab hai , to kya iss case me bhi vo samne wali party case file kar sakti hai.
Facts of the case / point to be notes that
(1)Vo chiz kharab hai
(2) Samne wali party ne use force kiya ki use vo chiz khridne hai
(3) Dusre party ne kuch nhi bataya koi wo chij khrab hai to kya iss case me bhi vo case file kar sakte hai ????
