A dance with a shirtless Aljaz should never get less than a 8.
+cmleidi agreed
AGREED !!!!
In my opinion this was amazing! Beautiful lines, chemistry and the singer sang a very difficult song to sing beautifully! Stop hating on her, she is amazing!
Stunning performance!
I would give this a 7 xx
loved this
the dance was really emotional and really good well done helen and to her parner to they have done really good keep going Helen you can do it however hard it is
to be honest , it was a great number, but i didn't see much rumba content it was more choreography which made it look more contemporary but well done to both Helen for giving it her best shot and Aljaz for the choreography! :)
j'adore
great
Meravigliosi!!! 💓💓
Classe strepitosa!!!
I was expecting something more when the rousing chorus started and the end almost took me by surprise with it's understated ending.I think Helen did everything she was asked to do beautifully but the whole thing didn't move me especially. Rumbas rarely do to be fair.
exactly, but aljaz is making it more balletic because it's her strength
💃🕺
think this was underrated and under-marked
+Rachel Fifer Not really, from where I sat. As SCDObserver noted, there really wasn't enough content in there to make it distinctive as a Rumba, and she had almost no hip action. It was a little too Contemporary-ish.
+Lee Cox Sorry. Not a dance expert just as a viewer thought it was quite good. Just an opinion.
+Rachel Fifer Not to mention Lens uncalled for rudeness. What was that all about?
***** It was all about the fact that there wasn't enough basic Rumba content to justifiably call it a Rumba. I'm with Len on this one -- it is NOT too much to ask to do the dance that's actually assigned.
+Chrissi To me Len and Bruno have been much more rude and Craig has been somewhat nicer.
While this wasnt a rumba, this was still a beautiful dance
can i just say... the singer made this song sooo much better than the original. she actually sang it rather then belting it out.
helen looked gorg.. and aljaz didn't look too bad either ;) but it just missed something for me, not sure what
+SCDObserver exactly yes
*****
lol, yup... i think that is it
7 rumba is all there
A beautiful routine - unfortunately it is not considered a full-fledge Rumba.
The choreography are more of a contemporary dance. Needs more hips movement.
And... Really need more emotion...
I'm saying from a beginner pov and tbh, if only they attend to some uni's ballroom dancing club or to the competitions, they should be able to see some much better Rumba from the UG...
whose song cover is this? badly needed tnx ^___^
I thought this was beautiful
I think it's a good thing that Alijaz something slightly more contemporary - if nobody ever strove to change things then nothing new would ever blossom.
Losing Artem, a fantastic choreographer with an eye in the future - Holly & Natalie's charlestons, American Smooths with Holly and Kara (well, pretty much everything with Kara really) - Pasha is starting to do the same, Caroline's freestyle for example. Gleb has huge potential as does Giovanni. I think it's great to see progression...
ther was an illegal lift at the start and not enough basic rumba but everything else was good an 8 from me im with craig
Jezza Playz there wasn't a lift.. where did you see one?
Re watching this on further analysis the rumba is a hard dance to mark. I've been totally confused about this series. I know it's a dance of love but there's no movement in it what so ever
brilliant hips don't care about the content
Who the hell does Len think he is? I hate how he keeps ruining the mood and wipes away your smile. Craig is bad too but at least he's consistant while Len is really unpredictable and can get very negative out of nowhere as if he has a personal issue with them. Then again at times he tries to be nice and points out the positive even if there's hardly anything wtf is he schizophrenic? They can score whatever they like but there's no need to be rude and overly serious b/c they try to do their best even though it's just entertainment and fun not a professional dance competition ffs..
Chrissi totally agree, Len can be really unpredictable and grumpy out of nowhere!
You should see Len on the US version
@@Thomassteven00 what's he like?
rorolilred he’s the harshest judge in the US strictly viewers gets the lite version of Len
@@Thomassteven00 wow really?! I'm surprised I thought it would be the other way around 😅
Unfortunately this was unrecognisable as a rumba, however it was a beautiful dance. I get just as fed up when I see what professionals have done over the years to dances that were originally so much better. The jive is a good example of a bastardised dance that now doesn't even resemble the original 😕
Ballet dancer
To be Honest she was just walking and Turning nothing special about it for me it would of been a 6
yas exactly I feel like the judges favour her!
Yeah, she barely moved
BUT she was walking and turning with a shirtless Aljaz, so it would have been a 10 from me!
no hip movement seen at ALL
Craig. A SEVEN? ARE YOU FUCKIN SERIOUS??
Yes I know so overmarked 🖕!!
Meh
