DORTMUND HAS THE BIGGEST: The world's largest Christmas tree is no longer in New York!
The world's largest Christmas tree is now in Dortmund! At 45 meters high and weighing 40 tons, it even surpasses the famous tree at the Rockefeller Center in New York, which is much smaller at just 25 meters. The Dortmund tree consists of 1,700 spruce trees and is a real sight. At night, however, the tree's lighting could be more reminiscent of a traffic cone, which seems less festive to some visitors. Nevertheless, it remains an impressive symbol of the Christmas season in the city.
