    Instructions:

    3. Let the mixture heat over low heat for approximately 30-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    4. If desired, add beeswax to thicken the ointment. Stir until the wax is completely melted.

    Ingredients:
    * 2-3 fresh comfrey leaves
    * Hot water
    Instructions:
    1. Wash fresh comfrey leaves well.
    2. Place the leaves in a container and cover it with hot water. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the active compounds to be released into the water.
    3. Remove the leaves from the water and drain them lightly.
    4. Apply the hot leaves directly to the affected skin and leave it on for 15-30 minutes.
    5. Repeat this process 2 times a day for 20 consecutive days, the perfect time to relieve inflammation and discomfort in the bones.
