I know this video is 3y old but I have these for my 350z and neither seats slide, would it be binding? And would prying it like you did on the brackets possibly fix my issue?
If it's binding, more than likely there is a slight alignment issue with the tracks and the base of the seat. Try loosening the bolts to the floor and shift the seat back and forth then left and right. See if you can move it then by sitting. Tighten the bolts again and it should be fine.
@@MarkMethods Thanks that's what I was thinking. I'm mostly concerned about retaining the OEM seatbelt as well. I just went ahead and ordered the same BC rails as you lol. Thanks for the video man, keep it up!
Bro this video just saved me from a stress overload thank you
That has been the most detailed helpful video i have found. I really appreciate the help
This was great the production quality was really high and it was nice and easy to follow
Appreciate the feedback, glad it helped you out!
Been struggling to slide my passenger seat - this guide should help me out a bit, thanks 👍
Glad it worked for you, I definitely struggled as well during my attempt.
Thank you man! Great video
You got me with the finger pointer....ordering one now XD
It's a necessary prop lol.
Very helpful
Did your rails come with the washer and bolts for the side? Mine only came with locking nuts
awesome video man. definitely will help my install
Hopefully it helps out! Just be careful with the rails against those gloss surfaces on the seats, it will scratch them super easy.
@@MarkMethods alright! will definitely be careful :)
Super helpful ty
No problem, glad it helped!
how tall are you if you dont mind me asking? im 6'3 and would love to know how much of a drop is going aftermarket going to give me
I'm 5'10, you'll be cutting it close but it's a possibility you'll fit. There are also planted plates for the absolute low but they're fixed.

Are those seat rails universal? Will they fit in a camaro?
Could you have used the side mount brackets that came on the seat to install it into the car or?
I believe you'd still need a fixed mount plate if you used the included brackets such as the unit Sparco or Planted make.

Dope bro! Keep it up
Thanks, I appreciate the support!
What size are your seats?
How do you bypass the passenger seat occupancy sensor?
I saw on the ft86club forums a solution but I'd need to research it more; it does seem slightly more involved than a simple resistor.
Can you use the same resistor on the passenger side?
Yes, that should work.
@@MarkMethods yeah I installed it about a week ago and the sensor and everything works with the pole position!
@@VictorFreakingLe which ones do I get are they al the same
@@mojojoji5493 just got some off eBay and it worked
