this is a very strange video. Talking technical, the quality is obviously very poor. I would like to know what the original source was. If this really is a 2019 original recording, it should have been shot in 16:9 HD at that time. But this is obviously standard definition. And, although it is 16:9 now, it has been converted from a 4:3 standard definition original. The audio is also poor quality. The lip sync is two or three seconds out for a start, and the cuts between shots done during the video conversion is causing some of the audio drop outs. This may explain some of the questions in the comments.
This video is unwatchable. This youtuber needs to learn how to upload videos or give it up. It's an insult to the program itself as well as the fans who love it.
Fiona Bruce is a complete dud in this role; she knows nothing about the antiques on which she passes comment, and her invariable exclamation on hearing a valuation is a half-witted "Wow!"
I think the First Lady with the cups is lying - she knew they were worth a lot already - I don’t believe for a moment she had just bought them for 50p ……when she heard the valuation there was some really dodgy acting !!
Why did the sound drop out just when valuer said what the Heath Robinson work would make?
Copyright laws. They have to change the way it was produced to be able to not have to pay residuals
