Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental seem to be derogatory names given by the Spaniards. There is no reason to continue calling these provinces with those, specially on provinces and peoples with such beauty. I suggest the names "Perlas Occidental and Perlas Oriental." It reflects the real beauty of the provinces.
