the first pub i ever drank in as a 17 year old back in 87` thanks for this it brings back many happy memories of being in there with the older lads who were great with me and my mate , we had a great laugh on a friday night in the pool room ... so sad to see it like this though ...
Sh#t the last time I was in this pub was August 31st 1997 we were enjoying a " naughty lock in " mums birthday , when it came on the TV that princess Diana had sadly passed away
front door open , wow !! wasn't the way I thought of entering it having looked at it. You don't expect the door to be open . As easy as across the road was lol . The window was where I thought of getting in , bit open , but not as much as walking in lol . Even looks like over the road with all the junk everywhere . Bit concerning your knowledge of weed growing bud . Last time I saw anyone going in here was some Indian guys I thought were doing it up , must of been SETTING it up inside . Hope you left me the key under the mat for when I pop down

My Nan lived in Longport, this place had an off licence for bacca and beer, cross the road to another pub, packhorse...a nice chippy nearby too
