Jacksonville Home Prices Are Falling

Jacksonville home prices are falling finally. The median home price in Jacksonville Florida dropped 1.2% in July to $330,000 from $334,000 in June. Good news for home buyers. However, mortgage rates hit a 20 year high topping out around 7.12% - 7.25%. Housing inventory still constrained making it a sellers market even though buyer demand has slowed.
