0:40 - 0:41 that was scary seeing Thomas' O face in the night sky as the moon! lol.
1) there were wires seen on Percy's for his lamp
2) Percy was all white from lime but when the shed doors open most of the lime is gone and you can see some Percy's green paint
3) in the begin of the video as the ghost train crossover the viaduct has the same shape as Percy

P.s. The name of this episode was Percys Ghostly Trick. IDK why they called it Ghost Train at first. Maybe because of the plot?
Ghost Train is the original title in England.
Percy's rear lamp not being red isn't really a mistake. Light engine movements or assisting engines at the rear of a train will use one of their headlamps as an end of train marker/tail lamp. Quite a common practice.
They should have used Thomas’s O Face for Thomas and the Missing Christmas Tree,when he crashed into that snow bank,then use his annoyed face after! That would of made sense there!

There is a behind the scenes picture in this episode when Percy is about to crash in to the lime waggon. In this picture you Can see the Wires to percy’s lamp

In the opening shot of the viaduct, a light on the scaffolding goes on a bit too late.
In the shot of Toby telling Thomas about Percy's accident, the film has been cut since his eyes jerk from up to down.
In the restored version, Toby leaves Percy to go to the sheds a little later than he did in the original, but the puffing noise starts before he moves. This is because an alternate take of Toby leaving was used instead of the original analogue shot.
During the scene when Thomas visits Toby at the station after his scare, Thomas is right next to Toby for the wide shots, but is a little further forward during his close-ups.
As Thomas leaves the sheds, his lamp is off and slightly tilted to the left (viewers' right), there are wires next to the windows outside and what appears to be a piece of wood can be seen behind the doors, which cracks open a bit when Thomas leaves.
When Percy is puffing through the valley, he has a black box attached to his cab. This is most likely the power source for both of his lamps. This can also be seen on the back of Percy's Ghost Engine, earlier in the episode.
Percy's left (viewer's right) cylinder is loose throughout the first half of the episode.
When Percy comes into the shed, Toby's face mask is loose.
When Percy passes the windmill, his tail lamp is not red.
Clarabel is facing the wrong way when Thomas leaves Tidmouth.
When Percy enters the sheds, his lamp is slightly crooked.
When Thomas leaves the quarry, both his dome and whistle appear the be crooked.
Throughout this episode the camera shakes a bit in many scenes.
Thomas and Toby's eyes are wonky when talking about Percy at the sheds.
Add a few again for you man, Percy's inconsistent flour, when he crashes there isn't a lot, when he with Toby he's covered and when the doors open he's basically clean, when he is with Toby there is a gap in his face too, and final double goof I saw was that Thomas and percys lamps were crooked in the shed when they weren't earlier plus Percy's has moved from center to his right
2:20 Toby's face mask was getting ready to come loose, while the light is still on the toy model of Toby The Tram Engine, and the art director didn't have enough glue on Toby's face mask before the Thomas and Friends show started

You forgot a goof in the video. Thomas has a big gap in his right eye 3:41.
Actually that's fake train ghost it's actually thomas covered in spider webs in 0:52 2. Go to 1:44 and you'll so a red thing is in the tree 3. Go to 2:08 and Percy's light is in the middle and wires spotted 4. Gi to 4:07 then you see something that's blue in a broken bench
