45% actually is the best build for Selena. She still deals an insane damage output while being even more annoying. Imagine you got stunned for 2 seconds, then after you walk about 3 steps you got hit with arrow and get stunned for 2 seconds again and it hurts like shit too, that’s what the enemy feel when you use 45% CDR Selena😭
Though i still like how this build is underrated, because if everyone uses it then it’ll be such a pain in the ass lmao
Oh well i use this build first when selena first release, and before nerfed LT and Calamity reaper it was damn huge to the point i dont need Penetration percentage item
As a Selena main, i prefer CDR build than burst, because it's so satisfying to see enemy mukbang lele XD

meh, as user I love use her in full pen + calamity + assassin emblem, even tank with Athena shield it's like butter. and don't forget the execute.

I do this tho, prioritize enchanted talisman and the emblem tbat gives 5% cd reduction, also the cd boots and sum other cd reductioj that can apply (I am aware that the max is 45% through items

Ya can get 40% without talisman (its has low magic power) if u use 5% cd from mage emblem 5% cd from inspire. Cd boots, starlium, lightning truncheon/wishing lantern, divine, holy/wings, winter/imo.
With the mana adjustment and mana regen from starlium you would have ample of mana regen. And u can use weapon master for some more magic power

just use lightning tr. and wishing lantern together. use assassin emblem with wp master and you good

Revamp Sun and make him the most broken character in the game.
Every hero has their own brokeness but Sun's not. His only thing is creating clones with a baby's slap dmg. So why not.
this has been my build since last year and I tell you what it's incredible
Imho it is better to build her in a burst damage, even if you miss half of the arrows, you still can oneshot some squishy heroes just by hitting them with 1st and 2nd elf form skills, without even hitting them in abyss form:)
But anyway everyone can build her as they wish😊
one thing is that her skills can reset.. so the cdr effects can be wasted.. next thing you need is to build fleeting time on karina.. 😂
it's better to just master the timing and be better at aiming than just mindlessly spamming the arrow.
Burst build is bad because it's not really burst. It overkills squishies and doesn't kill tanks. CDR build kills squishies anyway.
i feel so bad for the enemies because selena is such a package of annoying skills + spammable, it's just hard to beat.
An even rarer build is selena semi-tank with cd build. You don't play to deal damage, you just play to bait and annoy ppl.

Same way I build with Xavier. Except I use 5% discount and 2 movement speed bonus. I use impure rage for spell.

@@iNfAM0uS7 Well, it heals me and additional mana regen. In the long game, I can spam my skills without losing too much mana. I can pretty much defend the tower at 20 minute mark

you just use demon boots shes good already full cdr is kinda meh you can put lightning truncheon and the butterfly lantern for that much cooldown without sacrificing damage

(I don't use enchanted tailsman)
Magic Emblem, Inspire for 5% cooldown, wilderness blessing for speed, Lethal Ignition for burn
I wish her morph was 2.5 or 2 seconds instead of 3
