Hi Lisa. Do try the garlic crusher withoutvpeeling it. You just pop thecwjole clove in the crusher with the flatish part upwards, and crush. You then just have a littlecdisc to pull out. It's so easy.

Had a question about soaking the oats, is it OK if you use pasteurized dairy and let it sit on the counter all night? Or do you need to use raw dairy? I made some last night and had it on the counter for a while but chickened out before I went to bed and stuck it in the fridge. Not sure if it will still have the same benefits though.

So Lisa, soaked oatmeal is basically overnight oats??😳😁 Also, maybe you already have a video on this subject (I'm relatively new to your channel), but can you share why you like the traditional foods "diet" for your family versus some other types of diets? I've noticed that you sometimes get a few comments about the amount of butter, dairy, and meat you all eat as well as not eating a ton of vegetables in your daily meals (although there were plenty in this video). Maybe some clarification/teaching on this for those who wonder about the health benefits of this way of eating???😍

Since you have a grain mill, have you tried milling oat groats, soaking them overnight, and cooking them up with milk? For one person: 1/4 C groats, 1/4+ water, 1/4 tsp salt and soak overnight. The next morning add 1/2 C or so of milk and cook. Add butter and sweetener and serve. For those of you who don't have a large mill, the oats can be ground up in a spice/coffee mill.

Everything you do is so inspiring! I’m so grateful for your vlogs and the content you share. I’ve been looking everywhere for a ceramic non-drip oil cruet, can you please share where you got yours from? Thank you!

Oh, I remember the days of being in the kitchen all day long... and all I did was cook meals from scratch for my family...seemed like I never left the kitchen, and that it was all I did all day long! Being on Keto, I can't eat any fruit or grains...no sugar.... but I still like/enjoy watching!
