I am Mexican and Mexico has lots of business opportunities for everyone. All you need is entrepreneurship, and you will be able to take advantage of it! Gracias por el video!
This 28 minutes video on starting a business in Mexico could be summarized into 3 minutes of actual information on foreigners doing business in Mexico.
Watching this because I think in the future we will see a deeper relationship grow between all South and North American countries. As a young man I would love to build a import/export business or start some sort of manufacturing company.
I think it's awesome they close the street for bikes on Sundays, my husband could do IT computer work, he can build one from scratch and troubleshoot problems, the guys that repave the roads dug up the cable that brought internet access into the neighborhood, they said it would be two days to fix it, he went out and got a Wifi range extender, put it on a tree in the yard and ran a cable inside so we wouldn't go without internet while they repaired it. He was able to pick up a really good signals from routers outside of our community. You will see him go into MacGyver action before he goes without internet. Thanks again for the video.
@@JoseArteagaTravels I want to open an LLC in Mexico related to robotics so how much capital do I need to be able to apply work permit for my 3 employees at least?
Very interesting video 😀 Would love a more detailed video about setting up a business as a foreigner without a residency visa in Mexico. Are you getting your info from a lawyer? Thanks!
I honestly have no idea about anything in the industry but if you need legal help to make sure everything is correct you can check out Jose Novelo on my website he can help you out further
It’s all great but what about if ur not computer sabby and are moving to “el rancho” and there’s no big towns around “el rancho”. El rancho is a small community with few houses lol I’m 47 years old working here as a medical assistant. Any recommendations for work out there? Or what kind of work from home can I do?
It seems like you found the best option for you which is working as a medical assistant. If you are not computer savvy then it might be more difficult for you to work an online job. Either way you can check out this list I have on my website with a bunch of online job opportunities who knows perhaps you might be able to find something you can do. Good Luck! www.josearteaga.com/digital-nomad-jobs

very interesting content. i am so grateful to be able to find this video. Thank you for sharing this really cool video. very beautiful view and you explain in great detail. my new subscribers and new friends
Yes most likely. Worse case scenario they tell you to stop or move in you dont have the simple vendors license they might require. All areas are different
Those are two completely different things. But depending on how much you want to invest anywhere from 5-10k but i'm just taking a stab in the air. I would research this more if you are interested
I'm thinking about moving my family from Canada to Mexico and start a mobile crane or excavating company, how hard would it be and how do I get residency and working privileges.
Great Questions! You can start by watching this video "Mexican Lawyer Explains How EASY it is to Get ANY Visa 🇲🇽" ua-cam.com/video/SSoINjCZU5w/v-deo.html and contacting Jose Novelo at " JMnovelo@mxlegalandtaxes.com " for more information
You can start a business informally and as you grow you can formalize it with the proper permit or license. Basically it is only for tax reasons and only enforced once you have a business big enough
I am working on starting a digital marketing business. I may even get a remote job in that industry before diving in. However I do like how traditional business look more profitable in México than here. I also like the classic car example you gave. I like fixing up older cars, mainly European then sell them or keep them. Also the lyrics in staryed from the bottom couldn't be anymore true. One of the few Drake songs I like. Anyways peace out!
I would stick to pesos. Also if you wanna get fancy accept Crypto. I would stay away from Dollars and Euros because not many people carry them out here and you will get you a bad exchange rate if they do.
What a beautiful SKY!!! that was the first thing I noticed. But I love the idea that people from other countries could bring their authentic food to the streets of Mexico... Not that I don't love TACOS! :) But when I was in France staying in a small neighborhood rather than a Hotel... I was so enamored with watching people carrying a super fresh bag of croissants or something whilst riding a bike down the street, and then following my nose to go find the shop or bakery selling it! .... Being in Mexico is being a foodie! :)

Hiya, I am an italian american, I have some italian friends living in Tulum and Playa, can i ask you to do a video and break down minimum costs to start an online boutique without a residency visa, so only on a tourist visa as an italian passport holder?
You have to register with SAT for tax purposes. Everyone has a tax number You just go to the office with the appropriate paperwork and you can pay as many taxes as you want. As for a business license it is a bit different out here. So depending on the business will determine whether you need one or not. Or if you need another type of specialty permit or license to operate your business. If you plan on doing something more complicated than the small business ideas I mentioned in the video I would highly recommend you hire yourself a lawyer and seek council with them.
@@JoseArteagaTravels this is a personal observation. When I travelled in Mexico '14-'17, I don't recall seeing many hotdog and hamburger stands. While travelling last winter and spring, it seemed like more 50% of street food vendors are now just selling hamburgers and or hotdogs. In my opinion, this is destruction of a culture. Perhaps the local population prefers hamburgers and hotdogs, evidently it appears so. As a visitor, it's a bummer though.
Why do you have to tell the border patrol anything about your business in Mexico? Answer is No and as for a starting a small business out of nothing i suggest you watch the UA-camr Gary Vee for more information he can guide you. It's pretty straight forward especially after the info i just gave you in the video. Good Luck!
Just like anywhere else you want to start something big it will cost you, Lawyers are the least of your worry. Thats why most Mexicans just start out something small and grow gradually.
It's the idea of free economics and the free market. I would like to when I move to Mexico do onsite smartphone repairs (basically on an appointment basis come to your place of residence or place of work with my tools and your new screen and repair your phone there) 4 days a week and maybe on market day where there is a pop up market, set up a table and a small generator for a few tools that need plugging in and do repairs there. The free market is definitely going to benefit me as it will bring lower overhead costs. Where I plan to relocate now is in Fresnillo Zacatecas.
I'm working on it! Practice makes perfect! That's why I make so many videos! Also I think most people who watched it got the point and got some value from the video. Regardless I don't make these videos to please anybody, it just so happens that I do. Therefore when someone like you shows up I honestly don't care about the negative comments because it honestly says more about you than it does about me. I'm just out here trying my best and loving life and it always makes me chuckle when that upsets the peanut gallery. Anyways Thanks for watching!
