Crazy I was just thinking today you belong in the Hall somehow. You deserve it man, the fans are just as important as the players. Your passion deserves a place there. It’s no accident you caught Trouts first HR.
I still remember 5 years ago when u were the first youtuber that actually replied to a comment. Little things like that keep people watching for a long time. Congrats on 500k
This actually brought a tear to my eye. Good vibes all around in the video, people being nothin but friendly, go anywhere you please without worrying about distancing and such. Everything used to be so nice before this pandemic 😭
I went when I was 12 years old and played at Cooperstown Dream Park. Now I'm 26 and can't believe I didn't realize how awesome I had it. Miss it and hope to go back one day to relive the good memories.
Everyone gangsta 'til Zack finds out the food is not free.
Zack, congratulations to you on this major achievement! You've come a long way. From starting your streak in 1993, to collecting many baseballs from every MLB stadium, including those no longer around; catching baseballs that were famous and being so kind to return them to the player; then having Topps cards make cards dedicated to you, and much more! Don't stop what you're doing! Keep going! You're gonna farther than you thought possible! 💯🤘
Thank you so much! You sure covered a lot of my highlights here in this comment, and I really appreciate that . . . and the good vibes.
Hi Zack, Congrats on that awesome movie! I have been watching your videos for a while and I never miss one when it comes out. Also congratulations on hitting 500K!!!!!!!
Hey Zack, at the 3:22 mark in the video, You’re standing by the film is a sign of where the films are being played. In the sign is also the movie “A League of their Own”. I always like bringing this up about this film is that film was actually filmed mostly in Southwest Indiana even though the teams we’re based out of the northern Illinois/Wisconsin area. I myself was very fortunate enough to play on both those fields in high school as I only went to high school just 30 minutes away from both fields. One of the fields belong to a Conference rival. The other field which is in Evansville, it is actually the third oldest professional ballpark in the US behind both Wrigley and Fenway.
Love the Doc Graham in the research room. A great character from my personal favorite baseball movie of all time.
Zack, I'm a huge baseball fan and I love what you do. It's so awesome to see the lives you touch.
Zack, great to see you at the HOF, and to learn about Zack Hample vs. The World! I enjoyed the 13 minute excerpt, and now really want to see the full length film.
Really nice of that young lady to do the drawing of/for Zack, and she's very talented. Kudos
Thanks Zach for keeping us entertained
What a story , about a passion , an American pastime with a twist . Zack made his own baseball history. Very very cool !!
Congrats Zack , getting recognition for your passion is priceless. Met you once during BP in yankee stadim, continue chasing your dreams.
Would love to be able to watch the full length version!! Love the videos Zach great to see there is still such a passion for baseball!
Zack this was awesome man this is why I love the game of baseball and the baseball hall of fame itself the staff is so nice and everything inside in the hall of fame is amazing
I'd love to see you make a video answering some or all of those questions in this video; just a whole video about that. that would be great! thanks in advance if you do and great job; this is awesome! Even though I live in Miami I've been to Cooperstown 10 times and I even have a little bit of my writings in there in their library in the form of Fort Myers Miracle programs. I've also done a lot of research in their library as I am working on only the second known doctoral dissertation which revolves around Minor League Baseball but also involves Florida operations of Major League organizations.
Very cool! I'll think about it but for now I'm content with all the Q&A videos that I do -- 24 of them so far and probably another coming soon-ish. We'll see.
@@zackhample all good my man.... whatever you decide. thanks for getting back to me. Perhaps a whole video on that might indeed be overkill. I was getting a little carried away LOL. if it's covered in Q&A 25 that would more than suffice (no need to mention anything about my own Cooperstown connection. I definitely don't wanna make it about me; I'm far too shy and much prefer to mostly toil in anonymity.) ;) thanks again.... keep rockin!
Damn. I mean that has to make you feel good. Doesn’t get much better than that, in so many ways!!! Bravo!
I was glad to have made it out for the film festival and it was great to see the full length film and to meet you! Hope the full length film is released soon.
Thanks! Hopefully next year. Gotta get the rights from MLB to use all that footage, and that's very expensive.
Bro I'm sorry I'm a year late i literally have been binge watching your channel since i start following you. But man look you got to be a bad ass to be a fan and have a film made for you you made it man. I love base ball from the smell of the gloves to the sound the bat and glove makes when the ball hits it. You just make it so fun to be a fan and to be apart of this channel and see how far it's grown. I wish you nothing but success and your fans love you man i hope i can br lucky enough to have a conversation or just to meet you would be a life changer. God bless you keep it up. Hope to get a shout out one day keep being a fantastic person and fan.
This year I have covid19 in the hospital now but talking baseball and even my red sox is bringing me strength
You do great work zak but I've told ya a bunch. Thanks man
Thanks for the great content Zach. Keep it up!!
The car in the beginning lol
Hahaha at the man putting his phone on a curved and slippery looking stool. Am I the only one that finds that hilarious? Thanks for the great content, Zack, looking forward to more!
Well, now you need to BE in the hall of fame your just as much a baseball legend as anyone else in there honestly
Well done Zack. Great video as per always. Keep up the Fantastic work my friend. Shaun in Sheffield England
Zach this crazy for me I was just exactly we’re you are standing 1 month ago your my inspiration
Fun fact; the guy underneath Zacks arm in the thumbnail is my math teacher
Just want to say that you inspired me to make the goal of going to every MLB stadium. Been to the NL Central and Garunteed Rate so far. Thank you for inspiring me and so many others
So I just watched the 13 minute version on MLB's channel, I got a good laugh when after catching your 10,000th ball you said "Future Hall of Famer Robinson Cano" sad....
Man, I LOVE HISTORY and I would GEEK OUT seeing all this in person
i want too see it zack and im a huge fan i told my grandpa all about u we are both huge fans dude
I knew with all your contributions to the game of baseball, you would eventually end up in the Cooperstown Hall of Fame!
Hope to get to the Hall of Fame someday! Get finished reading Zack’s book “Watching Baseball Smarter.” A good refresher course on baseball. It was also very entertaining to read. But it was written before instant replay reviews by umpires were allowed. I have no nostalgia for the days when the announcers used to watch it from different angles and say the player was really out. I’m glad baseball got out of the dark ages and caught up with the other sports who have had the review for a long time!
Hey Zack your an amazing person I appreciate your ⚾️ baseball fan ethics
Id love to watch it
Nothing cooler then seeing yourself in a huge building for legends 😳🐐
Thats awesome I live a hour and half from the hall of fame. I cant wait to go and see the film there some day
Thanks! Not sure if it will ever play there again, but I hope you get to see it SOMEwhere.
10:30 That is absolutely incredible to see
Q&A part 25 Zack, what is the most money you have ever spent on a single game either for your tickets or for the entire trip? Big fan of you man and been a sub since around 60k :)
Thanks so much! I don't like talking about money, but maybe I'll make an exception and answer this.
@@zackhample no worries brotha I completely understand and respect your opinion either way as to if you answer the question or not on a Q&A. Like I said man I’m just a big fan of you and just stoked you replied to my first comment! Thanks for giving me almost all my baseball knowledge I have today! :)
Hey Zack you should film at the Louisville Slugger Factory and Museum at some point. I just went this past summer and loved it!
Awesome inside look I remembered going for hours and I didn't see everything.
hard work goes into the hal of fame baseball like you and me
I think I would have asked Jeff to sign that ball. Haha
The hall of fame 😍
Zach literally just went into the single area in all of baseball I want to go the most: the research center of the hall of fame
Any update on when the full film would come out?? Awesome videos btw!
I saw you last year at Petco Park when you caught a home run.
Zack, any way we can watch the full length version?
@@kennayy4394 he's probably holding back while he tries to work a deal with a distributor/streaming host
I love that place
Q&A part 25 Do you remember what game you went to when you got your first MLB baseball
I loved Cooperstown
FYI, this was filmed pre-COVID (as it says on the bottom of the screen in the first 10 seconds). That's why no one was wearing a face mask. Sorry for any confusion, but thanks for your concern. Also, while you're waiting for the full-length documentary to come out, you can watch the short version here: ua-cam.com/video/ltO_Rr5cIhc/v-deo.html
I love watching your videos Zack! Huge fan from 🇨🇦❤️
The timing of the documentary and the HOF presentation could not of been better. Imagine the stress if this was cancelled due to Covid restrictions. //Those guys who recognized you at 2:36 finally got to meet you at 7:25.
I watched the video a year ago it was good
Ok thank you so much Zach I love all your vids!
@@baseballjet1476 Thanks so much!
