Our true self, is the one that 'Feels' the one that 'Experiences' Our mind is very active all the time, very busy with a lot of noise. What we need is to be able to listen to the silence that is inside of us. It is there, it is pure, and when we can listen to that, it is the most real thing there is, because if we pay attention to it, it wiil fill us completely without thoughts. All the noise will go, and we will realise that the love we are seeking is in fact inside of us all the time. We dont have to do anything but turn around seek the silence of our true self.

I am surrounded by divine love and love is all I see around the world.
I believe this will work a lot better if instead of focusing on trying to edit our words we work to change our core feelings about ourselves, our lives and our world to more positive ones. Then instead of making it an intellectual exercise we turn it into an experiential one for it’s the feelings behind the words and phrases that give it power.
Heart-Brain Coherence practice is excellent for this and I now use much more positive vernacular without even trying and my outer world is reflecting this inner change. Aloha ❤

Words were helpful to guide me into the general energy. But once I understood how to make the switch between head vs heart, life blossomed for me.
My advice to anyone reading: use words as far as it will take you. And be open to speaking and emitting from your heart.

You know what? As soon as I started listening to this, even by the completion of the first few sentences , I felt a shift,💨 yeah IDK 🤔, like all of a sudden felt I was doing myself wrong . I'm not sure if that's even it, but it seems like it was like that. I then had to listen to the whole video, then understanding that I used to use positive affirmations in my life before I became a homeless alcoholic . Even after being sober these last four years, I just now came to realize I forgot 😞 about them, " the affirmations" ‼️(👿) Just like this little emoji I just "captured" I have to be mindful of my own negativity within and use emojis like this 💖in my life to reinforce those previous and new positive thoughts 💬 💭 instead!😊 Thank you UA-cam algorithm 😌.
