Thanks for getting in touch. Depending on how spirited you are. I'd definitely recommend going with a Sintered Pad (over organic) but within that, there are a few material choices to consider. I'd suggest not choosing a Carbon Ceramic based sintered pad as they don't have much feel or bite when cold or cool though once into their working range are REALLY good, it's just keeping the temperature in them which for road riding can be tricky but if light track use turns into heavier track use, definitely something to consider. Instead perhaps look at an AP Racing SF pad, which has a high friction coefficient for stable operation in all conditions hot or cold, wet or dry and offers braking confidence and performance with their quick heat up and consistent performance.
Pad wear is going to reflect your habits more than material . If your not one to decelerate ahead of stops your going to wear pads faster . And your going to need pads that will actually handle that brakeing style . Going back to Oganic , rotors are too expensive .

I would never trade braking power for rotor longevity, which isn't really a problem anyway.
